Loved the location; my room, though small, was very clean, had lovely toiletries needed for the shower, a television, nice decor, and an inviting window seat. The morning coffee was delicious, and always available. The staff member who was there on mornings and afternoons, was so kind, and always went out of her way to help me with directions and plans.

My departure day, was the only day that I missed not having a helping hand in the morning. I was leaving for the airport earlier than staff arrives, so a taxi was called for me by Rita, and it did arrive on time. But as I was going out the door with two luggage’s and leaving the key behind, as instructed, the elevator wasn’t coming upstairs. So between navigating the three doors, the stairs, and luggage’s by myself, and receiving an angry phone call from the taxi co., that delay became a challenge.

The location was excellent—very central yet tucked away on a quiet street. Monica was fantastic—so kind and always went out of her way to assist me with directions and planning. I loved the street's ambiance and felt completely safe walking alone at night, even as a solo female traveler. The area is in a perfect position with great facilities nearby. Transportation options, a supermarket just 50 meters away, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Many of Rome's iconic tourist destinations are walkable, with the historic center just a 10-minute stroll away. My room, though compact, was spotless and thoughtfully designed. It came with lovely toiletries for the shower, a television, tasteful decor, and a charming window seat offering a serene view of the tree foliage outside. I truly appreciated every detail!

It’s a super comfortable accommodation, very cozy and clean. The room is big in comparison to most rooms in the hotels in Rome. The bathroom is rather big too. The staff was very friendly . I have arrived earlier the check-in time and my room was ready. I was very happy because of that. There was a kettle in the room so every morning and evening I enjoyed drinking tea. The cleaning was made every day . The towels were also changed every day. I felt like at home staying there. The location is nice , quiet and full of historical buildings. I never used metro. I could easily walk to major sightseeings.

The Staff - My plane was delayed by 5 hours so my instead of my ETA of 8-9pm in the property, I arrived at 1:25am. I disturbed Rita’s sleep but she was so kind to let me in. I wasn’t feeling well the next morning and couldn’t meet her but she was so understanding and let me rest. The Location - It is walking distance to major attractions like Villa Borghese and the Borghese Museum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and more.

It was beside a construction site but nothing we can do about it.

Top notch location, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic areas and yet not too far to walk to all major city attractions. Situated in a beautiful building, accessible by elevator, surrounded by some of the best bars and restaurants in the area, 2 minutes from Piazza Fiume and 10 minutes walk from Termini. Small but clean and well equipped room with a double bed. Polite personnel, they even let me check in the moment I arrived (10 AM). Excellent value for money.

Wifi signal was weak most of the time.

Room was a great value in the heart of Rome. Good size room for 2 people and a decent size bathroom. Room was clean and Place was close to a lot of different bus stops which we used to get around Rome.

The decorative covers on the beds are old and dated and not needed. The blankets on the beds were very old. Even thought the beds sheets were white and very clean, the really old beige blankets gave an unclean look to the beds.

The hotel was absolutely very clean and they cleaned our room every day with the same care. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very good and in a safe neighborhood, also close to everywhere. There is a market right next to the hotel and bus stops nearby.

Everything was great, perfect for our weekend get away! Loved the design in the rooms, newly renovated bathrooms and everything well maintained. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and everything went smoothly when we checked in and paid. It's good to know that getting into the room worked for us without contact and was well explained. Also, and that happens rarely, but I loved the pillows!

Thick walls- everything else was was perfect!

We stayed in a room with a small balcony. It was perfectly clean and air conditioned. We didn’t have to take public transport to get to the most of the popular places as everything was around 15-20 min walk away from the property. The area is lovely and there’s a nice restaurant just next to the property. Special thanks to the lovely lady working on reception! She’s amazing! We highly recommend this property!
