The property was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and was easy to find. The lift was definitely a plus! The room was super clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony. Everything you can imagine was made available. Mini shower gel, shower cap, soap, toilet paper, towels, Nespresso machine, and capsules, kettle, two bottles of water, welcome snacks and a safe (I could have missed something lol). Housekeeping every day asked if we needed refills for anything. Babu, at the front desk, was friendly and welcoming, helped us with check in and was always available with any information we needed. He also arranged transportation to airport. Thank you Babu! Would like to also point out that there are two restaurants/delis/market right underneath the property, one of them is open until midnight. My family and I highly recommend this listing! :)

The room was cute with very comfy bed. The ac was working well and we had kettle to make coffe and tea in the morning and fridge to keep some of our food cold. The staff was very nice and we really liked no charge option of leaving our bags at the reception our last day, it helped a lot. The location is amazing as it is close to all the attractions by bus, yet it is in a calm and quiet part of city (at least it was quiet when we were there as people were collectively on vacations in August). The building also has a very interesing elevator, it was fun to use. All in all very good stay with only few small complains. Thank you very much!

The room could be a bit cleaner considering its small size. We found a lot of dust under the bed and on lamps, also some fell from behind of the wall pictures when we accidentaly moved them. It didn't bother us much but its worth mentioning. There was also a bit of a strange smell coming from maybe ac or behind the bed, but it would go away whenever we vented the room. In our room tv would randomly turn on by itself and it had some connection issues, so we would often lose signal to watch netflix.

Babu the Manager was very pleasant and helpfull. He even pointed out the main tourist attractions and how to get there by Bus,Metro and walking.

Although the closed windows greatly decrease the street noise the walls are rather thin and occassionally the loud voices of a woman and also the screams of a child could be heard.Reception is also very close to the room and hence occassional comings and goings can be heard.( Not the fault of the on duty Manager) Generally, around 85% of the time it is quiet.

A cozy and clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. A very nice guy at the reception provided a map and all the necessary information. in the room we found drinking water, a kettle, tea, coffee and toasts with jam for breakfast, also shower gel and soap in the bathroom. There's air conditioning and a TV. Room has a small balcony. Great location – a 20-minute walk from Termini station. There are bus and metro stops nearby, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. After checkout you can leave your luggage for storage if needed.

It's very noisy outside, so it was impossible for us to sleep with the balcony open. It would be nice to add plates and more spoons to the room's equipment.

The location was amazing and we loved sitting out on our little balcony. We really appreciated the water refills every day. There is a pharmacy right next door which was very helpful. The manager also gave us a map and lots of recommendations for places to go for food which we really appreciated.

While the suite itself was very secure and you needed a keycard to enter, the door to our bedroom was a little thin and only had one lock (on the doorknob). This wasn't a problem, but for 2 young female travelers, we really would have appreciated a deadbolt at night just for peace of mind.

We liked everything about Cicero, starting with the communication. We came in a late flight and the hotel sent us clear directions for self check in and the info about how to get there. The checking was super easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the bed, it was comfy. The location is another plus. We walk from the termini station to the hotel (about 15 minute walk). There are a lot of bus stops close to the Cicero, which makes it easy to go to different places.

Room was clean and tidy. It's easy to travel to the main train and bus station since it located near bus stop. Also can catch a bus to the room from any place in the city. Just 10 to 15 minutes to the Rome main station.

Room was bit small can't move ones you open the luggage. Its not that specious enough. Bathroom also small. This is not a hotel. Its more like a guest house.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The purpose of renting the room was for three friends to watch the 6 Nations rugby and the location of the property was ideal for us who all are familiar with Rome. We also had the benefit of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. As we arrived late on the Friday we had been sent the self check in process, which worked perfectly well. Prior to arriving I had a number of questions that were responded to very quickly via a number provided on What’s app.

There was no safe or lock box in the room for valuables. There was a cash tin secured to a wardrobe shelf but there was no key for this which meant passports/valuables had to be taken with you. That said being on the 5th floor with a number of secure doors to pass through I guess it was pretty safe.

We’ve stayed for 3 nights here and the place was absolutely lovely. The room is quite big and bathroom as well, it’s clean and warm. The location is really nice. It’s about 15-20 minutes to get to Trevi and few mins to see villa borghese. In the same time the place is pretty quiet. Really can advise to stay here. Loved everything in this place, will be happy to choose it again.

Great location, room is very clean, you have everything you need for short stay including water, espresso machine and small refrigerator. We stayed in January it was warm. Didn’t hear much other guests as we slept very deep on the comfortable mattress.

We didn’t figure out at first how to make water hotter. Just needed to wait a few minutes until it becomes warmer.
