Location and breakfast was great.

3 nights stay we had. After the first night during the very hot summer the air conditioning broke down and could not be fixed for a few days. We had to wait for at least 5 weeks for a 70 per cent refund for the two nights that we had to spend in extremely difficult circumstances as the room measured with our thermometer was 39 degrees celcius. The staff here on the other hand were excellent and I did feel very sorry for them working in the heat, but 5 weeks, numerous phone calls and many emails is very poor service from booking.com and this hotel both trying to blame each other.

I loved the decor, which was authentic, not too modern. The breakfast room and the rooftop bar were decorated well and an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were big and roomy.

The facilities in the room were limited. There was a kettle, but no coffee, tea, sugar etc. we had to ask for them and they weren’t replenished. We also had to ask for glasses to have champagne in the room. We had a lovely balcony, we couldn’t access it as it was locked, which was a shame, it would have been lovely to sit out there with our champagne.

Great location, free welcome drinks and live entertainment each evening in the bar. Stored luggage with no issues at all. Clean room and cool decor. Nice breakfast room with good views and a fine variety of pastries, bread, coffee etc

The pool is an additional (high) cost. Think it was €45 per person for 2 hours and €100 pp for spa facilities. The bed was two single beds pushed together despite booking a double (at least clip them together!)

Gorgeous decor in the hotel and bedroom. Also, well decorated for Christmas. Slippers ,gowns, and jacuzzi . Cakes at breakfast were tasty. Amazing roof terrace for breakfast. Helpful reception staff

Information about breakfast could have been more explicit. We were not sure if we could order from the menu as part of our breakfast package.

There wasn't any view out of the bedroom window. Just out onto other windows. The room was nice but there was a kettle, cups but no tea, coffee, milk to use them with. Staff came across as a little surly. Was a bit of a trek into the centre and coming back was up hill. Didn't get to use/see the pool because those facilities were quite expensive. Breakfast was ok but not fantastico

Loved the room we were in - room 619 which had a balcony and a bath which looked over the city. Breakfasts were also really good considering they are part of the deal, great views from the 7th floor at breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - very customer focused and the walk into the heart of Rome was only about 20 to 25 minutes

The rooftop terrace wasn't open when we stayed.

Loved the style and decor, still felt like a palace! It was very clean and location was easy walking distance to most attractions. Very helpful staff. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was nice. Definitely would stay here again

The air-conditioning was quite noisy and a bit rattly but we had walked so much we still slept!

Our second stay at the property. We love the location, away from the crowds but close enough to everything we wished to see. Easy access to public transport. We unfortunately required a doctor on our last night. The hotel made arrangements quickly and we saw a very helpful and professional doctor in our room. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the breakfast room were excellent.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and my room was spotless and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for me in the room:)

Location is great. Comfy beds and not much noise pollution. We had a great view from our window as well as a welcome bottle of champagne. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Can’t complain for what we paid.

The breakfast was bad. The eggs especially!
