1) good location- 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps 2) good wifi and air conditioning 3) good security- requires 2 passcodes and 1 swipe card to get into the room 4) asked questions via booking.com and was answered in a timely manner. Happy with the service provided through messages.

1) only provided with two towels for 4 day stay? 2) no area to leave baggage before check in- maybe a locker could be created for situations like as the suite does not take any responsibility of missing items. 3) shower pressure is slow

Super clean, all-new room with all you need (air conditioning as well!). Nice neighborhood, close to Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps not far as well. In general location is good if you like to walk :-) There is small refrigerator in the room, but it doesn't cool drinks if the box door is closed (it's too hot in it), so open it and the fridge will work properly :-)

It's a little bit confusing to find the property - there is no sign outside and in the staircase. I don't understand why Booking.com can't include city tax in the final price? It is inconvenient when you need to leave cash in the room (it's 6 euro per person per night in Rome).

Our first time in Rome couldn't have been better, staying at Veneto Suite Rome. The hotel is not only beautiful, combining classic architecture with a modern touch, but it is also extremely comfortable! The room was fully equipped, we had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, three pillows, three towels, and a bathroom with an amazing shower! We had a small issue with the power, but the staff was immediately available to help us, and it was resolved within minutes. Additionally, the location is excellent! We were just minutes away from markets, pharmacies, and great restaurants! It's also possible to walk to the city center, though the heat made it impractical for us, but luckily, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Without a doubt, when we return to Rome, we already have our hotel.

Nothing, we didn't have any problems

Very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also really good, and the location decent. It was also great to have a lift (even though you have to walk down some steps to reach the flat).

We were hoping for some better facilities - but the fridge shuts off when you leave the room, so you can’t really use it. There’s also no cutlery, only two small spoons. The electricity also went twice, but this was quickly fixed. The walls are also quite thin.

The apartment was very new renovated, everything was clean , bed is comfortable.

The check in process was very difficult and complicated, first i was not instructed by email, and i don't know why exactly their messages were not delivered to my emai.. Second, i dont understand why i should pay for late check in ,if i can open the door if they give us a code. Third -wifi password was so long, as if you are in an serious office, this also added a lot artificial complications The water in the bathroom is not warm, its lukewarm, i hardly could have a shower. Also, i don't understand why i should pay city tax in cash, if it could be included in the room rate.

The location was fine. I walked from Termini station with a 32' luggage, which took around 20 minutes and wasn't too difficult. The path was mostly smooth. The booking agent was incredibly responsive, providing almost instant replies every time and offering great assistance. Although I experienced some electrical tripping a couple of times during my stay, the agent promptly addressed the issue, and it was resolved quickly. Please note that there is an additional fee of €6 per person per night, which is not included in the price of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider returning in the future.

The room smells bad, like sewage kind of smell. I think it's coming out from toilet. I have to open the window to get rid of the smell, but it's noisy outside because the room is close to the street. The odor is not super strong, you brain will get used to it after awhile.

Everything is perfect. Nice location, not far away from attractions but also close to a quiet and local area with many hidden gems of coffee, gelato and restaurants. Very clean and spacious room, much bigger than in photos. The building is also a lovely vintage one but interior is modern and new.

The staff don't speak much English but not a big problem.

Good AC, location is also good (about 20 minutes walking from train station and 20 for main touristic attractions like Fontana di Trevi). Communication with hotel also good, very responsive.

One day we asked not to have it but then there was no cleaning the next day also. The room was super clean when we arrived so that was no big issue

Would definitely recommend this property. The customer service was excellent - she replied very fast and was super nice. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the security was thorough. Loved our stay.

The only issue was the overhead rain shower was not working.
