We liked the location near the park and we very much appreciated the prompt response to any questions or requests from the manager. The communication via WhatsApp was perfect and the app used to access our room was great. The value was very good especially when compared with other hotels in the area during our stay.

It was a bit smaller than expected, but still fine. Storage space was a bit tight in the room and the amount of space in the closet to hang clothes was a bit limited by the placement of the rod which extended from the back versus going across from side to side. We were out a lot enjoying Rome so these are very minor points that did not really effect our stay.

The bathroom was nice, there were enough towels, the welcome coffee was nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was quite spacious. It was clean. They cleaned the room everyday (which I didn't expected otherwise I would have organized the room a bit more). T

When you enter the apartment there are other rooms next to you, so it is not that intimate since you can easily hear the noise from the other rooms, when they enter to the appartment is quiet loud and I didn't like that.the other guests were a bit loud too, so I would have rather have an apartment for myself. The tv is old, it is not a smart tv The elevator was not working. There are no nice views. Despite that I liked my stay.

Very clean, quick and easy method of getting in and out of the apartment. Roughly a 20 minute walk from closest landmarks however this would be the same wherever you are in the city. They kept in contact throughout our stay via WhatsApp and I’m sure if we had any issues they would have been dealt with promptly. Brilliant place 👍🏼

Nice comfy bed and clean bathroom. Good AC. Nice closet space and space for luggage. Nice small desk and nice that small breakfast snacks (packaged croissants, toast, Nutella and jam) and water bottles were included on the table. Charming elevator. Good lock system using phones or keypad, no trouble. Attentive host and ready to communicate by text. Check-in and checkout were no contact and very easy.

The location of this place is excellent! We arrived late in the evening, but the short walking distance from the train station was very convenient, and being able to access the premise with our phones was super easy and useful. The host especially made our stay a true pleasure. He was so hospitable and helpful with our every little request. The room was very clean and comfortable. We accidentally had to make our reservation at the last minute, and I must say that our stay exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, location, hospitality and comfort.

Well located, clean, very good beds. Very nice with the snacks in the room. Good communication with the host (Whatsapp).

There is no staff physically present. Noise from other rooms! There is no payment on-site possible, (according to booking it should be possible).

We had an awesome time! From the moment we checked in, Giorgio was friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! Thanks Giorgio for making our stay enjoyable than ever!

Clean good place and value for money at a good location a little out of the centre so we can walk around town and the park Everything is within 10-20 min lovely walk. The room was cleaned every day, the owner left us coffee/tea and treats every day and was extremely helpful with information and taxi booking etc. The room was spacious enough for the three of us. Beautiful quiet lovely area. we will certainly come again when we are next in Rome.

Spotlessy clean, v comfortable bed. The room was cleaned everyday to a extremely high standard.Nice range of coffee,tea & snacks left for us. It’s located in a quiet, safe area in a lovely building. Giorgio was only a message away if we had any questions.About 15/20 minutes walk to Trevi fountain. There are some lovely restaurants nearby especially San Marco where we had an amazing meal. The nearby park which houses Villa Borghese is lovely for a walk.

Just a little thing but there was no milk for coffee and tea but there are shops nearby, just would have loved a cup of tea when we arrived in the evening.
