Undoubtedly one of the best stays I've ever had. First of all, our receptionist - Caterina - was one of most genuinely nicest people I've ever seen. She was always smily, explained everything, even showed us outside closest shops and directions to centre. The room was clean, it was provided with free beverages and toilettries. It's cleaned daily, but you can put Do not disturb sign outside in case you don't want that. In our room there were those German blinds you could shut close for complete darkness. Breakfast was nice, there was selection of sweet and savory things. It is possible to pay city tax with card

Wi-fi wasn't fast / stable enough for streaming

Both room and bathroom were very large, good location in a more quiet area with a lot of public transportation options, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was the same every day but you have both sweet and savory options. They changed our towels and tidied our room every single day which is a big plus. The bed was very comfy. Would be a plus if they add to the breakfast more veggies and some egg options.

We didn't have hot water for one day, but it was fixed till the night. A little bit cold but we used the AC and it was ok. The room has a specific smell due to humidity but it's usual for a place like Rome.

The location is perfect, with beautiful park across the street and most popular sites in walking distance. Our receptionist, lovely lady was very helpfull and gave us a few excellent tips when we arrived The room was nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was supreme. Way beyond our expectations. The breakfast was very nice, not too many choices, but more than enough for good start of the day. Loved the chocholate bites. Overall, excelent place to stay!

During our short stay we haven't found a single thing that could be considered as a negative one.

The room to which I was eventually reassigned, was large, well equipped and very comfortable. Staff (particularly desk and friendly breakfast) were all ultimately apologetic, consistently helpful and very accommodating.

My 1st night there, mistakenly (?) given a “single room” (not at all the one I reserved; only slightly larger than the size of a Full sized bed); contained zero room for furniture; and construction at 6:45am right outside my door. Also, there was furniture stacked outside, with dramatic disrepair and water damage on the doorways and carpet. Upon my complaint, they offered me a well equipped room in a clean area of the establishment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome! We spent four nights here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was so cozy that we slept wonderfully each night. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Lovely b&b Room was one of the smaller ones which I was miffed about but still Lovely non the less. Breakfast was good for a cute little continental. Staff were very accommodating and did everything they could to help us. We checked out at 11 and you could keep your bags in the locked lounge to go anout town and then stay there until the taxi picks you up. In a really good area of town with the park behind and everything within a 45 min walk. Taxi just inside the walls and costs you €10 ish to get to the colosseum and those attractions. Really good restaurants within 10 minutes. Had a great time in Rome thanks to the hotel. Also water pressure is really good.

Wide and cozy room, cool bathroom, confy bed

The breakfast had few food options, specially savory foods and one night we saw a rat wandeing through the corridor

Location is really good, there is 20 min walk to Fontana di Trevi. The room is big. Breakfast was ok, nothing too big, but there are a few sweet and savory options.

There is a late check-in fee, we had to pay 100€. Staff told us that in advance, and they checked with us multiple times to let us know this is their policy as they are not a hotel and someone has to come from home to check us in, but we still think this is way too high of a price. Room is clean, but there is wierd smell in the room and also on towels and beds. Shower isnt as good as in the pictures.

Having been to many hotels across 30+ countries, Caterina became the best staff member I have ever seen. She explained everything in detail, provided everything, kept our backpacks till evening of checkout day, and provided water bottles in the evening when we were collecting belongings. She was very friendly, welcoming and always smiling. This is a genuine customer service/care. Thank you, Caterina!

Great breakfast for Italy (not only sweets), big room, everyday cleaning. We could see the Borghese park across the street from our windows. Convenient location. Its easily to walk to main attractions within 15-20 minutes.

The only minus- there was no possibility to make a coffee or tea in room. And its very strange to have shower in the room without any curtains or anything like that. Since I was traveling with a teenager, it was confusing and uncomfortable.
