I loved that the room was always clean, the hotel seemed renovated the installations were impeccable and the bathroom was pretty big. There was always coffee and tea and little toasts with marmalade for breakfast.

The entrance for the hotel is a tad hard to find and can be a little confusing. I thought first floor meant main floor but to me it was actually the second floor so you have to go up the stairs. To open the gate at the entrance you absolutely need to dial a number to open it so if you’re not from Europe and you’re going on vacation without a phone plan you will not be able to access the building where the hotel is located.

Our stay was truly wonderful! The apartment was spotless and clean throughout our visit. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, always available on WhatsApp, responding quickly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation is located in a very elegant neighborhood, surrounded by luxury hotels like the Excelsior, Marriott, and Nobu, American Embassy — truly a select area. It was very easy to walk to the city center and major attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better location and service. Highly recommend!

I was a bit worried at first as entrance is old and run down but once you enter the first floor premises I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were well presented with everything you needed including tea, coffee, little toasts and jam which were replenished when used. Cleaned every day, beds comfy with feather pillows. Fridge, air con, rain shower and normal hand shower. Extremely nice location around hotel with several restaurants although very expensive but saying that eating and drinking is expensive all over Rome.

Nothing, absolutely brilliant few days

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect, very close to public transportation and even within walking distance to many of the most important sights. The attention and hospitality from Maria and Arianna were absolutely amazing! They made us feel very welcome and taken care of ☺️ Super recommended!!

The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was that the room was a bit dark during the day as it was a first floor.

Arianna was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the apartment. Just a very good host all around! Room was tidied up every day as well which was really nice.

The shower needs a bit of work, as salts and time have taken their toll. It is not dirty, but does not give the sense that is very clean too. Also around 10 am every day, people were shouting outside our room. We woke up early every morning so it didn’t bother us in our sleep and we don’t know if it was the cleaners or other residents, it was just very loud and a little bit annoying.

Brilliant contact with Ariana on instructions to get to and enter hotel. From the front we were curious but on entering, a hidden gem. A warm welcome from Maria was lovely. The room was spotless and had all amenities. We walked to all places we wanted to visit but well positioned for transport to get around Rome. Great stay.

We chose the location based on the proximity to Villa Borghese and Via Veneto and that did not disappoint. The hotel is close to bus stops and the Metro. Keyless entry is convenient. The hotel was updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and personable. Comfortable bed, great AC unit and a window that opened up to Via Veneto! This is such a convenient location and perfect place to use as headquarters for your Rome sightseeing.

I misread the description and thought there was available parking for our rental vehicle. Our host was kind enough to help us with a parking solution, however. It was no problem to park on the side street nearby. In most parking spaces (not all) it was less than 6€ for 24 hours. There is also a parking lot nearby for approx. 24€ per day. (A RENTAL CAR IS NOT NECESSARY. It is much easier to take public transport - especially for Rome sightseeing. We were visiting family throughout the city however, making a vehicle more convenient.)

Room was very good with good cleaning service . Breakfast not included as there wouldn't be where to eat it but lots of places around to have a breakfast.

First impression when we got to the building shock as it was a building site at the front, but as we got up was OK.

Residenza is at a great location. We walked to the major attractions.There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Our host Arianna was specially kind and helpful with everything. She even booked a taxi for us from her personal account.Maria the cleaning lady was also very kind .I would go there again.

Everything was perfect- nice clean rooms, good internet and location- not as busy as in the city centre so it always felt good to be back somewhere with less people! The bus stop, gelateria, markets and lots of amazing restaurants are very close. The owner helps with any questions too. I recommend this place for everyone!
