The hotel was very central and was near loads of restaurants and corner shops. The rooms were large and very clean. All staff were lovely, especially Jean Louis at reception.

We only stayed for 1 night as part of a larger holiday in Italy but the hotel and room was very comfortable, location was a relatively short walk to some of the key historical sights. The bed was massive and the shower was very luxurious. The guy that greeted us for breakfast (Daniel I think) was absolutely amazing, his welcome was full of energy and he was so hopeful. He really was a credit to the hotel and deserves a bonus. I can honestly say Ive never experienced such a warm and welcoming experience who was so genuine and absolutely amazing. He was very kind with his feedback and advice for our day. His enthusiasm and warmth was so contagious and we could hear others in the breakfast room express very similar feelings.

The hotel was sparkling clean, staff were very nice and helpful. The building was old but completely renovated and looked modern. Our room size was very big and comfortable. The location was perfect, everything in just a walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue I had with this room was the window, it was looking to a closed patio with no view. I felt like sleeping in a cube. However, everything else was so great that I could skip this part.

Location to the main attractions was great. Breakfast was delicious, room very spacious and comfortable. Room exceeded expectations, large sitting area, kind size bed, walking closet and large bathroom. This would be considered a junior suite. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was warm because heater was on, we asked front desk to turn off and did so immediately. We opened the balcony doors and it was nice and cool.

Great location, huge rooms, stunning view from the terrace! Could not have been expecting for more! Really within 5 min walk from Spanish steps, and around 10 min from the Fountain ⛲️ Trevi. The staff is very friendly, always ready to answer the questions. Very clean and nice atmosphere in the room. Feels like you are in your own apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything. They made restaurant reservations for us. Ate at restaurant next door several times. Reasonably priced and delicious. Spent a day in hotel due to a cold & it was very comfortable w a Large room & comfortable bed. Close to the Spanish steps & Borghesi Gallery.

Very dark in the rooms , not enough lights plus all the furniture are also dark so this doesn’t help.

Location is perfect, one of the best in Rome. We had a family room for 3 persons, and it was big enough. The staff was helpful and competent.

The window of the room looked out into a dark and dirty well, this was not indicated at the time of booking.

Quiet location, close to Villa Borghese. Great bathroom. Spacious room. Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant right next door, nice food and not noisy.

Beds are hard. Breakfast is good, but not great.

The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful! They helped us book a very early morning car to the airport and were there for whatever we needed. Mauro,, Alessandro and Louis were all wonderful!
