The food available at the hotel was amazing, my girlfriend was celiac and they were able to accommodate no problem. The staff was very nice and pleasant to speak with.

There were no amenities really available in the hotel other than the rooftop restaurant and the gym. I think it's because the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been nicer to have a pool to use.

Hotel Eden is truly unique. A great experience throughout our entire stay, in all aspects: great location, great views over Rome ( mornings from the breakfast restaurant felt like we were spectators from a balcony over beautiful Rome and dinners alike, over lighted architectural silhouettes of the Eternal City, what a romantic and unique feeling!), great breakfast, dinner, drinks; cleanliness impecable, amenities were great. The staff is warm, helpful, attentive- here I have to mention Francesco from the breakfast-the best breakfast experience ever because of him and his collegues. Can’t wait to come back at Hotel Eden Rome!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff specially at the rooftop Resturant are beyond exceptional. The rooms are cosy and the marble bathroom is breathtaking. The breakfast is amazing!!

The rooms are small but very cosy. There is no iron in the rooms and we constantly had to ask for one.

The hotel was beautiful but for the price you would expect that. What made the stay exceptional was the staff. We had lots of fun with Antonia , the concierge, who I had been corresponding with many times prior to our trip.. . This was my second stay at the Eden ( prior to renovation) and I would stay no where else on our next visit. I would surely rave and recommend this hotel to my friends.

As a person with back issues, I prefer a firmer bed. My 3 girls ,who I was traveling with, looked forward to bed time to sink into the heavenly beds.. I don’t know if there could be an option to remove the down topper. . In any case it was not an issue as our overnight stay was only 4 nights and posed no back problems.

The Staff were extremely attentive. The concierge happily helped me with bags from the hotel till the train for no charge at all.

They added, as with all Dorchester hotels, the staff tip on the bill as “discretionary tip”. I don’t mind that, however I like to pay the staff that assist me on a daily basis & not equalize all the staff.

I seldom award a perfect score to hotels, but Eden Hotel Dorchester collection undoubtedly merits a ten out of ten! Our experience was flawless in every respect. From the warm reception to the attentive and professional staff, to the impeccably designed rooms and exquisite cuisine, every detail was executed to perfection! Our only regret is that our stay was far too short but we are definitely planning a return visit!

Everything about this hotel was great. Although this is the part of large hotel group they made the stay personable - it was like coming home not like visiting. Every staff and managers were friendly but polite & professional.

I just can't find any fault with them at all!
