We had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel. From the moment We arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect – close to everything yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh options to start the day. The hotel itself is cozy and intimate, offering a warm and inviting ambiance. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, this is definitely the one. Highly recommend!

There were a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable – or rather, the mattress. My back definitely felt the impact, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was cleanliness. I was surprised to find some leftover food in the wardrobe - still packaged, but clearly left behind by a previous guest and overlooked by housekeeping. Additionally, my pajamas went missing during my stay, most likely taken by mistake when the bedding was changed. While I understand that accidents happen, it was still frustrating.

The hotel is very well positioned for both walking to main tourist attractions or taking public transportation. The room was very nice and the breakfast was good. We stayed in a triple room with our 1y9m old daughter and it was plenty’s of space for all of us. I highly appreciate the support of the staff. They were great and helpful all the time and also offered us coffee and croissants early in the morning as we had to leave around 5 am and we could not take the breakfast on our last day. Many thanks. We highly recommend the hotel.

Rooftop Terrace is a highlight, as was the helpful and friendly attitude of all of the staff. Location is very convenient to most sites and there is a metro station 2 minutes away. Would recommend

At the front desk, I observed direct and indirect communication between visitors and your staff members. Truly, I wish my company could employ exemplary employees working for you. To start, the hotel is very well located, near fontana de trevi, subway, bars, etc. The staff was lovely and resolutive, very good breakfast too. Bedrooms perfectly clean. If you have some free time at night go to the hotel bar and ask for an espresso martini, it was excellent! I surely will come back, thank you for everything❤️

Quiet and in a good location within easy walking distance of all the main historic sights. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Tea/coffee facilities would have been good and a fresh bottle of water each day would have been appreciated.

this hotel was spotless, luxurious, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport to all major attractions. The rooms were beautifully fitted with modern bathroom and hairdryer. Great buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they all looked so smart in their uniforms. Their barman is a cocktail genius and even gave us a huge automatic umbrella to take out one rainy evening, his recommendation for a local restaurant was perfect…..superb hotel, could not fault anything.

Hotel is well maintained, nicely renovated like new. Friendly staff with good English communication. Breakfast was included, well spread & good. 15-20min walk to main tourist attractions & shopping.

Fantastic location, close to all attractions but still quiet and peaceful at night. A big plus is the staff, very friendly and helpful. This was our secondary stay here and we'd stay again!

The breakfast options are a bit limited if you're vegan and whilst the rooms are clean, there was a lack of dusting in some areas of the room.

Breakfast was good. Gabrielle the concierge was great. Unfailingly helpful and patient. The hotel had a good vibe and was very pleasant to be in.

Our room was small. We had it made as a twin but we may as well have been in the same bed. Beds were right next to each other.
