The location is great and the room was big after we upgraded our room.

The room was cold especially the bathroom was very cold and there was air leaking from the bathroom’s window. The pillows were small and not comfy.

The position was amazing just a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps and the main shopping heart of Rome. Our room was fantastic spotlessly clean it had a balcony and a hot tub bath in the room itself which was lovely. The all the staff went above and beyond all very professional polite and friendly. The concierge was extremely helpful providing us with a map, ordering taxis always going that extra yard to help us and make our stay memorable and lovely. The continental breakfast was always fresh the coffee, strong and delicious, and the croissants are amazing. Both myself and my wife would stay here again and would highly recommend it anyone visiting Rome as a lovely place to stay on a romantic stay, We will definitely be staying there again in the future. 👍🏻😃

It sounds contrived, but the really were no negatives for the hotel we loved and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Fantastic location, 5 mins walk from the Spanish steps. Lovely staff. Nice big room with mini bar and a couch. Gorgeous bathroom. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Bed was very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast and evening dinner menu at the restaurant was fabulous. We had dinner here twice during our stay.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion. More lighting for the area at the wardrobe as it has a full-length mirror door, which is great for getting dressed, but lighting in this area of the room is a little dim. An extra pillow would be nice, but in fairness, we never requested extra as we used the pillows from the couch as a second one. A kettle in the room would be a welcome addition. But again, it's not a problem. Nice cafe beside the hotel, which did takeaway tea and coffee.

Location is perfect. Helpful staff.

In my view and experience a 4* hotel must have tea and coffee facilities in the room; The room is pretty basic, but not old. Brighter lights would be helpful in the room. Pity that there is no bar downstairs (except the counter). SPA could be equally free for guests as it is he case the majority of the hotels. I would say in general the hotel is a rather good 3* than 4*

Great location for seeing Rome and value for money. Good breakfast available. Good sized room and bathroom.

On booking from the pictures thought there was a swimming pool to use but when arrived found out we could only use for €35 per person. This was disappointing and for guests should be free or a lot l cheaper for 2 hours. Service at breakfast a little slow on refilling coffee and hot food.

Location was amazing. Right next to the Spanish Steps.

The hotel was fab and although this sounds like a silly complaint when you want to make an early start in Rome (which is necessary to avoid queues) you don’t want to stand for 10 minutes trying to make toast!!! The toasting machine was really inefficient. None of us wanted the continental breakfast of pastries or cheeses so we just wanted toast & jam or toast and eggs but there was a queue for the toast because you would have to put your bread through at least 4 or 5 times to toast your bread.

Room was perfect, laisure in jacuzzi, roof terasse, location. I recommend. Thanks to the great Receptionist.

I didn't like tiny hall at the entrance of hotel. On the other side, there is beautiful roof terrasse that was empty (without gests). Terrasse is beautiful, warm recommendation. Also, I booked this hotel because of the pool for my daughter. I received the information that there is no pool, only spa and will be extra charged.

The location was exceptional! In the centre and near to everything. Very good choice. Very important in Rome. Its better to choose something in this price range than something cheaper but away from the center. There room was very nice and spacious but the matres was horribleThe staff was very friendly and answered all questions with a smile. Breakfast was more than enough but it could have a bit more of variety. Coffee was great and the offered food in breakfast was very good quality. All in all it was a good choice and we would go for it again.!

The Location of the Hotel was excellent for exploring Rome from the Spanish Steps, it at the top of the Steps. Not far to walk to get the "Hop on hop" of water Boat from the bottom of the Steps, which is good way of getting around Rome, we discovered for the first time. On the side streets in the area at the bottom of the Spanish Steps are some really nice restaurants.

The Hotel should have more Storage drawers in the room.

My recent stay at this gem of a hotel was truly delightful. Tucked away in a prime location, I was greeted by a team of incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The room was not only clean but also exuded a modern charm that instantly made me feel at home. Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread, served with a side of impeccable service. The front desk team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I can't speak highly enough of my experience here – it's a definite must for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

The only downside was going up and down the Spanish Steps every time I wanted to hit the heart of Rome. The other option was tackling this steep street, but either way, there was always a bit of a workout involved. Not the hotel's fault, though. Just something to keep in mind, especially because getting a taxi in Rome can be a bit of a gamble.
