It was nice being able to connect with the host on WhatsApp. Larisa was very responsive. Champagne as welcome gift was really a pleasant surprise! The room was tastefully decorated and the location was good.

The room was quite small even for two. Just about enough space to place two luggages. Having to use a set of manual keys to access the building and then the room was quite troublesome.

Great location - right next to the Spanish Steps. The host was great and we loved the bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the room! Only a 2-minute walk from Termini train station. Just be prepared to roll your luggage down beautiful cobblestone streets and sidewalks.

The property is centrally located (not far from any of the attractions), Larisa was extremely welcoming & warm, ensuring our stay was pleasant. They clean the room everyday & are more than willing to accommodate any requests. We also got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift & a bottle of olive oil during our checkout which was really sweet!

The pillows are not the most comfortable (I have a neck problem so this was an issue) however, overall if you’re in good shape, this should not be a bother.

The location was Amazing , walking distance from main attractions . Larissa ( the front desk reception ) she was so helpful , even when i arrived late at night, she managed to guide me step by step in the check-in process, until i stepped into the room

The bathroom is small , specially the area for the water tap. 💧

If you go to hotel with metro/underground just keep in mind you need to climb Spanish steps in Spagna :(

fantastic, welcoming and helpful staff, great location-close to the Spanish steps & Trevi Fountain, close to the Metro, easy to get around, our room was cleaned and tidied up daily

as a suggestion, as the room is not very big, it would be nice if it there was space/furniture to put our suitcase as there was very little room to hang our clothes (or to make more closet space)

We found the Venue sistina amazing. Amazing location, everything was in walking distance. The Vatican was the furthest at around 40 min, but on that walk you passed piazza Novona and the Pantheon. The communication with Larisa was brilliant before and during our stay. She was efficient in providing details of how to access rooms and during the stay provided recommendations of where to eat. The room was just what we needed for our trip. We spent most of day out and about and just needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Rooms have everything we needed and were very clean.

Perfect location in a lovely area, 2 minutes walk to Spanish steps, walking distance to trevi, we got a taxi to Vatican and walked back, colleuseum the following morning we done the same. Realistically furthest is Vatican about 45 mins on foot, colleuseum 30. Larissa was the perfect host and always available through WhatsApp if we had any queries. Highly recommend. Also some beautiful restaurants in the area.

I loved my stay here. The location was incredible, just 5 minutes or less walk to the Spanish steps. The room was super comfortable and the value for money was excellent. The staff were also kind and helpful with a lovely attitude and demeanor.

The owner got really mad at me for trying to get out of the elevator the wrong way (it’s an old Italian elevator with specific rules and he seemed to have a bit of a temper about it. He was, to be honest, rude.)

We were a party of eight, each couple staying in separate rooms, all of which featured private bathrooms. The apartment had only four bedrooms, along with a small kitchen corner where we could gather for a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy drinks in the evening. It truly felt like a home, allowing us to spend time together while still maintaining our privacy.
