The location is perfect. Super central.

First of all, the bed had a very bad smell. I called them and they got my sheets replaced but the smell didn't go. It was the smell of an iqos. Second, while checking out I was charged for water bottles that I used in my room. I never had such an experience at any 5 stars hotel that I stayed at. Keep in mind that I used around 6 or 7 bottles during my 4 days stay. It's not about the price of the water but I think that it's a shame to make a customer that's paying 650$ for every night pay for water bottles.

Very nice and centrally located properly. Staff were very friendly and were prepared to do all within their means to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Perhaps there was no lobby to lounge in but again this is Europe

- The hotel is new and clean - Friendly staff. - Location is good - Breakfast is perfect but limited options

- Rooms are perfectly furnished but the space is small - Outside noise from the people wlking down your window (especially loading and unloading the hotel stuff at night).

Cleanliness of room, toothbrushes for each registered guest/one shaving kit in bathroom. Large size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower. Amazing shower head with good pressure/temperature. Free treats-fruit plate, 4 cookies, little box of chocolates. Thank you Daniel, at the front desk, for printing out our train tickets.

A minor inconvenience, the lighting switches are very confusing. Heads up, the light switch for the light behind the bed board is on the outside of the bathroom.

Matteo and Nicola were exceptionally helpful on the concierge desk. Cities like Rome need a knowledgeable and helpful concierge desk to ensure guests enjoy the city properly and these guys did just that. Thanks to them for excellent restaurant recommendations and assisting with bookings.

An omelette station

The commodities, the light and taste, the confort with nice tech, a really complete room. The balcony and of course the view. Also a proper bathroom, with all.

Great location surrounded by restaurants & amenities. Very close to the main park area. In a safe neighborhood to explore. The rooftop bar was great for cocktails & to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. Staff service was fantastic from the doormen, house keeping & reception personnel.

Lounge area downstairs not always open & upstairs bar whilst fantastic did not serve hot drinks.

The hotel is clean and the staff are super nice. Everything was great. The doormen were the nicest, specially Simeone, hope that I spelled his name correctly.

The price was a bit high that what you are paying for. I dont know if 5 star hotels are normally this expensive in Rome.

The hotel is just lovely, rooms are comfortable size and spotless, shower is excellent. All service is professional, friendly and plentiful: front desk, concierge, housekeeping, doormen. This is old-fashioned good customer service in a lovely hotel at an excellent location -- hard to find!

Excellent spacious rooms and totally remodelled hotel. Breakfast is very flexible with both a fully fledged buffet option or specialist menu for intercontinental delicacies. Gym provides facilities beyond those usually found in most hotels with the same TechnoGym branded kit found in Virgin Active and Third Space gyms within the UK.
