Excellent location Breakfast very poor. Sitting uncomfortable. Menu poor, no fresh whole fruits Staff very good and helpful. Gabriel at the front desk very nice and professional. Inmaculatta the cleaning lady in our floor very professional and nice Reception staff helpful They found us two good restaurants close by that were excellent

Room was great!. Location was convenient and the street was very safe and nice to walk around at night. We stayed on the main streets however... Staff were very friendly and available 24 hours which is a great bonus.

Bathroom floor around toilet could have been cleaned better.

Excellent location. Lots of bars and resturants around. Staff where very helpful. Beds very comfy. The room was clean and spacious. The food at the hotel was nice and the roof terrace gives you tremendous views over the city.

Our room window backed onto a side street which could be quite noisy at times and we also had twin beds rather than a double but that may have been what I booked, can't really remember and the tv wouldnt work without connecting your phone to it. Would have been nice to have basic channels maybe.

Excellent breakfast. Location is just perfect. Quiet centre. Not in the 'touristy' area and yet very close to the main attractions and, especially, park. Room was spacious and clean, reliable WiFi, very comfortable bed. Perfect temperature, we didn't need AC (it was there anyway). Rooftop bar is the best in Rome. Hotel staff was very helpful. Ice cream caffe on Via Veneto (5 min walk from the hotel)is the one to visit. I don't usually like ice cream but this one was just amazing. Seriously good hotel! Worth every penny

Hotel location, close to Spanish Steps and many historic sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Roof terrace with amazing views, a special mention to the bar manager who was attentive and knowledgeable.

The room was a little dark, no mirror in bedroom and only CNN English-speaking tv channel. I requested a quiet room but were opposite the lift which was not ideal

Dinner in the restaurant was not up to standard of hotel..Such a shame as we were expecting great food from such a hotel. We complained and they tried to say that although we ordered foccacio as per menu the Englsh was bread rolls!! Then the main course didn't contain the ingredients as per menu either. Again we complained and they had to deduct it from the bill. So disappointing.

Great staff, very friendly staff. My wife had an injury at the colloseum in rome, and it got infected. Anna Maria at the front desk helped us get a doctor who showed up within the hour at the hotel (€150) he gave her a prescription and we picked up the meds at the nearest pharmacy on the spot! Also Daniele at the bar was very friendly and helpful great service! Another thing if you stay here get the breakfast great spread very convenient. Beautiful hotel well maintained.

We loved how quiet it was when in our room, the location was great especially with the hop on/off bus stop just down the street. Very clean and lovely staff. It was a break for my wife’s 40th Birthday and after telling staff they upgraded our room and brought a bottle of wine in an ice bucket to our room on arrival, really nice touch!

The hotel has a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. In addition multiple lounge areas. The staff were tremendously accommodating for large group-travelers, very friendly and helpful. They could all also speak english and the language barrier was small. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all needed amenities. The hotel has a central location, with walking distance to all sights. Over all a very pleasant experience and stay.

It would be wrong and unfair to say that there is much with the hotel for not to like, but to very picky: The breakfast was fine, although it could vary more. The hotel is in a beautiful older building, but it also means that you sometimes can hear whispering outside your room if the other guests speak loudly.

Beautiful hotel, very well located near many historical sites, easy to walk to. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, with a reasonable range.

The walls not soundproofed… could hear other guests coming and going as well as staff coming out of the elevator ( our room was across an elevator).
