Excellent location, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary coffee and water provided daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great location quiet at night helped us with check in as we didn't arrive until 11.30 pm due to the train strikes

Only fault was that the fridge wasn't working didn't mention it to the staff only staying a few nights

Amazing place to stay! Only a 10 min walk to Trevi. Located in a nice safe neighbourhood. Room was extremely clean and air con worked perfectly. Communication from owner on the day of check in was really helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Easy instructions when we had to arrive late. Good contact by WhatsApp. Very comfy bed. Clean, quiet,air conditioning on very hot July . Also in the morning Francis met us and gave us some bottled water ti help us on our way.

Only nit picking but maybe some tea and small cooler to put water and maybe long lasting milk.

The location and the building are excellent. Close to the metro, walking distance to most touristy places. Bed was very comfortable. the room was very comfortable as a whole. Cleaning lady was there everyday. Loved our stay there.

I didn't like that i kept receiving a scam message asking for payment. It's not the locations fault but just be aware of this.

10/10 hotel. communication with the property was smooth and easy, very helpful owner. I asked if the property has an iron, and they made sure it was already waiting for me in the room when I checked in. Spacious, clean, comfy room, amazing bed, nice bathroom. Slippers and snacks provided free of charge. We had the best sleep, there is no noise from outside or other rooms. Location also amazing, very safe and fancy area with great restaurants, and only 10min walk to Trevi fountain.
