Excellent location and very lovely modern room. Close by to all the main tourist sights. The staff always available to help out and answer any queries.

The only minor issue is the two single beds put together - as there are only tiles on the floor, the bedframes/mattresses kept sliding apart at night, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. Easy fix with putting something with more grip under the bed. Other than that, the actual mattress was very comfortable.

Perfect location close to the Borghese Gardens. The building is lovely, traditional Italian, with a lift. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were great. We loved the location, very close to metro stations and the Spanish Steps. Harry's Bar on the corner was perfect for an afternoon Spritz. We loved this very upmarket area of Rome which we had never visited before but will definitely stay here again when we're next in Rome.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The location of the accommodation was amazing, in 15 minutes you can easily arrive at Fontana di Trevi. Nearby there is a very beautiful park. The place it's very quiet and it is perfectly located if you want to see Rome on foot :) Even though it is not a hotel, it feels like a hotel because you have separate room with a bathroom and you can enter the location and the room with a key card. So it really feels like you are staying at a hotel.

The only thing that would be better would be the price. It was a little bit on the expensive side for what it offered.

Electronic check-in via messenger worked well. Nice and quiet and peaceful room. Decent size for 2 people with all facilities needed. Great air conditioning and WiFi. Excellent value for money!

Not much. Toilet seat and window frame were damaged slightly when we arrived and bath instead of shower would have been better but other than that was great.

The room was modern, spacious and well furnished. The coffee pod machine free to use was a nice added touch. The room was clean and tidy with a good sized bathroom, hot shower and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Rome.

The only thing to bear in mind is the location if you are visiting for tourism. It is some distance from a lot of the attractions and from the main station if visiting via Train. However, it wasn't too much of an issue as we enjoyed the walking to see the sites, and you aren't far from the metro so don't be too put off by this, just be aware.

Possibly the most comfortable sleep I have ever had in a hotel! The bed and the pillows are the best I've had in my travels, and every comfort was provided in the small space. This was a last-minute booking and I was only looking for a place to sleep after a long travel day. Absolutely perfect for my needs. Highly recommend!

I am not used to virtual check-in, but it worked very well.

The place is in the center of all the main places you can visit. Metro is available near the place. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The room had a fridge, TV, kettle, and coffee machine and capsules.

No breakfast was available . In each of the days no one was in the respstion, in different hours of the day. There is no place to store things.

Everything. I was a bit surprised that it wasn't a hotel but apartments, none the less, I quickly realised that it was just as good if not better. Rooms were very clean, shower/toilet well functioning (I have a bad experience with some other places in the past) and who needs a hotel breakfast in Rome? Any place will provide amazing coffee and snacks. Coffee/tea making facilities were in the room but we didn't bother using them. Just near the park with Borghese villa/museum. Place is quiet, almost no tourists and rooms were quiet too. We thought we were alone but apparently we weren't. It's quite an upmarket area in Rome. Seriously good WiFi. Please, don't change anything and we'll be back there soon

Nothing really. Well organised. Perhaps, 2 pass cards (cards used to enter the room/floor) would make it easier. If anyone had to pop out, the only card which was needed for the electric, had to be taken. A bit of a nuisance.

The room was very spacious, had a lot of outlets and places to put things, and was in a great location. It’s a unique place and very quiet and comfortable

It would be great if the window blinds were up against the wall instead of sticking out. Because there was a gap, the room was too light for my preference. I also think they should have some Do Not Disturb door hangers. I didn’t want my room cleaned every day but there was no way to communicate that
