Breakfast was okay, the lady with dark hair that is always at the breakfast is wonderful, always smiling and happy. The location was also nice just 15 minutes by the center

Room was too small, doesn’t even worth the money we payed. No iron, we had to ask for it every time and also it was broken. Would not recommend paying so much money for such small room. With the same price you can find something better

The hotel was immaculately, clean. The room was comfortable. With the front desk, staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet provided a very nice story food with a staff that couldn’t possibly be more helpful and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property

A room was a little small, but certainly adequate.

Location is excellent. Slightly outside the main tourist routs but in the best neighborhod possible. of the Via Veneto. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants at very reasonable prices. Rooms are samll but adequate. Rooms are cleaned each day. Breakfast was included and was good.

I ont think I would have any major criticisms.

Clean place, very good breakfast, location fantastic, excellent value for money the staff is friendly and professional, the bathroom and shower were really super, the room was great, not big but I knew this when I booked and was fine because we just spent one night there

was all very good, only thing that can be improved are the pillow, they were too high and stiff, maybe next time I will check with the staff if they had others

The accommodation has a wonderful location, basically everything is accessible on foot. The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. We would like to thank the staff very much, they were really very nice and helpful. Thank you and I guess we will see each other again sometime.

We booked this place last minute & were pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and professional. They helped us with booking our taxi’s, information on tours and let us store our bags with them whilst we explored Rome after check out. The cleaners also always did a great job cleaning and the location is really great if you want to be close to the main attractions and public transport! The mirror features in the rooms were also handy when getting ready for the day!

If people are talking loudly in the hall way then you can hear it from the room (ours was on the third floor). This probably has to do with the floor surface as it is not carpet.

Great hotel and location, walking distance about 10-15 mins to the Spanish Steps , hotel is located near Via Veneto ! Clean hotel with freindly staff! Breakfast included was good , rooms were clean and bathroom and shower comfortable size !

The location, just to the north of the CBD in the Ludovisi precinct, was excellent. The area is quiet, out of the main CBD area and quiet because of this. There are a number of restaurants nearby and close to the Villa Borghese Gardens which is a good area for a daylight walk.

I was pretty happy with everything. The only 'facility' I wasn't sure about was the intercom camera to the front desk. Perhaps a perceived safety feature in days past but not a requirement for me. I am not sure if there is one in every room or only certain rooms.

Location was very good, staff was very helpful, reception works 24/7, rooms were clean, daily room service was also on the good level, many restaurants, shops, pharmacies around

Breakfast was ok, but could be better, not many products and mostly sweet and low quality products like ham or toast bread. Additionally, there was a noice from the hall and other rooms- poor soundproofing in rooms.

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were super clean, parking 100 meters away.

Cleaning ladies very noisy during the morning and entering 2 secons after knocking, rooms have poor sound isolation
