This is a lovely hotel situated about 10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Our double room was spacious, very comfortable & clean, overlooking Via Emilia. The food at both breakfast and in the hotel restaurant was of a very good to high quality. Hotel staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. Notably, there are lots of small restaurant options in the local area. We really enjoyed our short stay here, would certainly consider staying here again, and would recommend this hotel for consideration by others.

Though just a minor issue: whilst it was helpful to have complimentary WiFi, the signal in the bedroom was intermittent.

On the Reception they should have more young people that are more kind and helpfull than the older people that it seems that dont want to work Anny more.

Great location, great staff, big rooms, good breakfast.

Even though the hotel is located in a quiet street, there were noises coming from the outside early early in the morning... That was the only downside of the entire stay.

The room was large. The bed was also very large and comfortable. Te bathroom was one of the larges we have been with two tabs and bidet. The breakfast was tasty, enough for a good start of the day. Hotel was close to The Spanish steps, Babrberini square and Fountain Di Trevi. There are many good restaurants and cafes around.

We stayed at room facing via Emilia. Every night we were woken up by a very noisy garbage truck and its crew. Early in the morning we were woken up for the second time by another garbage truck collecting glass.

The property is very comfortable and a stones throw to the Trevi fountain. The staff were all amazing!!! Friendly, helpful and treated us with great care and respect. We could not fault any of the staff. The adjacent restaurant (which I think belongs to La Residenza) is excellent!! The breakfast at La Residenza was exceptional!!! There was a huge selection of foods to enjoy (which is amazing considering it was Christmas, in the dead of winter and huge influx of visitors).The in house coffee was brilliant.

The location was good for accessing Rome attractions. The hotel has a classic appeal. Enjoyed luxury of King size bed, a rare find in Europe! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar provided great food and drink options in-house.

At the time of our arrival, there was no staff available to assist with getting luggage up the entrance steps to the hotel. Had we not been traveling with able-bodied men, this could have presented a big problem for us, as we could not have done it ourselves. We did have staff assistance at time of departure, however!

I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to. The staff were so pleasant, especially the male receptionist (we didn’t get his name). He helped us immensely with a map of Rome and it really did guide us around. He was so lovely, as were all staff. The continental breakfast which was included was beautiful! Fresh pastries which were still hot and plenty of other lovely options too. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, it was about 9 mins from the hop on bus and about 11 mins to the trevi fountain! The restaurant also attached to the hotel was lovely and the staff there couldn’t do enough for you. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I would highly recommend!

We were greeted at the front desk by a fabulous gentleman. He checked us in and gave us very helpful advise for tourist spots, wait times, tickets etc. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. The breakfast lady was so lovely, she warmly greeted us every morning and remembered our coffee order. The hotel had small old fashioned touches that made our stay the best. We would stay here again. Tip! Get an Uber or Taxi to the hotel if you are coming from the train station. The stairs and large hill from the underground station were challenging with our suitcases.
