Location was à bonus near the center. Short walk to the opera and villa Borghese for Galeria Borghese. Shopping on Via Veneto at the Glove fa Tory for lovely gifts- scarves and gloves!! The Fontana di Trevi and shopping nearby and IL Chianti an excellent restaurant by the fountain and the Murano shop with lovely jewelry. Harry’s Bar is a lovely place to est but there are good restaurants in the area for fish,seafood and pasta. Walk around the area. Don’t be shy…… Lots of surprises in the side streets…excellent Restaurants,gift shops etc etc

The tiny room I was in was a big disappointment. No closet or shelving. 2 shelves in the room almost touches the ceiling.

The primary bed was comfortable (not sure about the sofabed because our teens slept there) and the room was big enough for the four of us including space for our luggage. The location was quieter than being in the heart of the tourist area and a short walk to the key bus lines to get to the major sites. The discount at the local coffee shop was a nice touch - the food coffee and staff there were really great!

Not an issue for us but for others keep in mind that this is a big room for two that has space (and a sofabed) for four. It would have been nice to have a nightstand type fixture for the sofabed.

Bed was comfortable, window view was perfect. We were pleased with tea and coffee compliments

There was no hairdryer in the room. There was only one socket that was suitable for our own hairdryer device. Sound isolation imperfect, we heard sounds from the neighbours.

The room is same as the photos and it is really a wide room which makes you feel comfortable with your family. Although it is not a hotel, they clean your room and change towels for each day 🌺 if you have a doubt about staying in a suites which is not hotel like Lombardia40, DONT ☺️, because you feel so secure inside the apartmant while to get in to your room you need 4 different keys and also the location is where the 5 stars hotel located.

The location is very classy yes but the road is downhill to get center so when you turn back you have go through an uphill for 5-6 minutes ☺️

The property was in a fantastic area, just 10 minutes walk from Trevi foundation. We didn’t need to get the metro at all as everything was in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room very clean. The drinks in the fridge were very reasonably priced. The air con was very good too, and kept the space nice and cool despite it being mid August!

We didn’t see the staff at all, so there was no one there should be want to ask any questions or get recommendations. This wasn’t a huge problem as the room was perfect.

Bed was very comfy, shower was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, free coffee was nice too. I was also able to leave my bags in the reception after checking out, which helped as I still had the rest of the day to explore. Staff were also very good at responding, which was great, too. Overall, it was a great stay.

There's not much to dislike, but to nitpick just to answer the question! The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear other guests talking and moving around. This was a very minor issue for me and did not matter much. It was also a little far away from many of the attractions and was a 20-30 minute walk to Roma Termini, but once again, this is me nitpicking and not the accommodation's fault - just advice for people wanting to stay here!

Excellent! Great location near via veneto, villa borghese and piazza di spagna. Big comfortable room. Big bathroom with amenities. Daily cleaning. Lorenzo and the other members of the staff very helpful and polite. Free coffee in the common area. On the same street cafeteria, restaurant, mini market and pharmacy. Overall a great experience. We will definitely return! Mille grazie!

This is a wonderful place to stay with very hospitable hosts who were always accommodating. The house was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The air conditioning was especially important during the hot weather. They provide all the little things you might need. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here again ourselves. The best part is the location – right in the center, just a 10-minute walk to everything, yet the area is free of tourists

AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The check in and check out process was streamlined. The room was very clean, and had plenty of soap as well as tooth brushes (if you happen to forget). The room also had nice big windows to get some fresh air. You can tell they must have renovated the bathroom recently, the shower is amazing and looks beautiful with black and white tiling. Location is pretty central, in a very upscale neighborhood, about a 15min walk to the Trevi fountain and 20mins to the pantheon.

The only minus was the WiFi, a little spotty, but not a problem for us as we were vacationing.

The location is superb, it’s literally at the Centre of most of the attractions,walked to most of the places.with so many restaurants around. The rooms were quite comfortable and were cleaned daily, and all essential toiletries were provided. The staff were not available 24/7 but were quite responsive via WhatsApp

The sound proofing of the rooms is a very big problem especially for light sleepers. You literally hear everything happening on the other side of the room. Carry some earplugs with you 😂
