Very nice accommodation. Little older, but clean. Room was good, you could find kettle to boil a tea/water. Room contains small bar fridge where you could place drinks to cool. Hotel have very good location, opposite street is underground parking (SABA / 22€ per 24h). 15 minutes walk Spanish stairs, 5 minutes walk Hard rock coffee (perfect place take rest with good food and drinks after tourist day). From hotel you could cover by walk all main Rome attractions. Hotel-Airport is 40 minutes by car.

Hotel would need refurbishment. Lift IS small, issue get inside with big luggage. Average breakfast, not the best, but still enough to choose.

Not a good breaakfast :( but okay not bad ! Eggs were old , bread hard , all i had for all days i stayed was croissant !

Dishes at bfast were dirty so the caps :( we kept changing them and keep finding dirty one ! Staff at bfast not very happy :( We needed to wait for the coffee to be served each morning ! Slow on service probably slow machine and less people at work , i dont know ! :( We could not have our coffee on the balcony ,we were not allowed by the hotel personnel at bfast!

Clearly needs updating but I guess that adds to the charm, its very 70-80’s vibe, the bins in the foyer and the 6th floor next to elevator even still have the smoking options kind of bins, like i used to see when i was a kid. Elevator is really small and the rooms a bit small too. The keys are still the ones I used to see in the movies growing up and when you leave the room, you have to leave the keys in the foyer all the time. For the price, its fair enough and plus the nice view in the breakfast area. Overall it was a great stay.

Location is great. Staff were excellent. Every person working there was nice, professional and kind. Angelo from the front desk was exceptionally great. They made my stay comfortable!

Building is very old and may need some renovations. Bathrooms have some unpleasant smell. Breakfasts were good, but the same every single day.

The staff were so helpful! Great place to stay if you have a late flight as the lounge is so comfortable and spacious after a long day of site seeing! We loved the balcony and had a fab view of the wall, from breakfast you have a view of Rome! It is at the top of a gentle hill but the tube station has an entrance right next to it!

Location for me was excellent. Room was clean, bed was good. Also extra pillow. No carpet on the floor which is excellent. Breakfast was good basic italian. Plus points for getting a phone charger to loan from reception, when my own got broken.

Cleaning staff was most of the mornings talking too loud on the corridor. But that seems to be the problem in pretty much every Roman hotel I've been.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. The service and the amenities were excellent, especially for the price and location. Very comfortable, beautiful outlook, lovely location and very helpful staff.

The location was excellent and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was served on the top floor with beautiful panoramic views. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms smelt really really bad. Like something old and dead. Had to leave open the windows constantly. Wifi didn’t work too well
