Literally everything .. the ambience a, the design , the atmosphere was perfect .. i loved the wonderful staff and the service was exceptional.. the housekeeping were so kind and helpful. They even organized or phone chargers. Many thanks for the wonderful stay and i will definitely come back to rome edition it will be my number 1 choice

It was nice to dine in the green garden with warming fires. But, the food we ordered was not warm when it arrived to the table. Service slow.

Design was nice and had a good feel about it
The section where our room was didn’t seem like the decoration had been finalised. The hallway leading up to the room still didn’t seem finished as well as by the elevator

Rooms are small and the housekeeping service was bad. The location is also not very central. There are better hotel options in Rome.

The location.
The room service was so bad. We requested to remove the used towels they did not. The cleanliness of the used cups was so bad (attached photo). The phone wasn’t working so they changed it. As a luxury hotel, I did not expect such services, and I’m very disappointed.

Staff extremely nice and very well trained.
Size of bedrooms, standard room is not feasible for a couple. Barely has space for clothes and bathroom is a cube. Air conditioning in our heads (bed) makes me sick during the stay. Also, wool blanket too heavy and not hygienic since doesn’t change for every customer. Cleaning of the room was below average. Coffee cups were dirty after makeup room.
