Spacious and very good rooms and perfect location.

Its not cheap but worth the price, the whole building is normal residential u go to first floor for reception and rooms are on 6th floor. Elevator is there and was not a problem .

I like the location of the hotel—it is close to busy areas like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, yet it avoids being overly crowded and noisy, which is important since everyone knows Rome is packed with tourists in the summer. The area around the hotel also seems to be quite safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bed are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well. The rooftop bar is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere.

There are relatively few power outlets in the room, and the refrigerator occasionally makes mechanical noises, which can be a bit disturbing at first.

We were greeted by a blonde lady who wasn’t friendly at all and almost got pissed off when we thought that we had accidentally locked the door. No smile!

This hotel is great. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor wich was very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything necessary and useful, such a coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge bar and a great hairdryer. The breakfast is continental, very good and with a wide variety of products. The hotel is very well located, just a few metres from Barberini metro station and a short walk from Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. Excellent cleanliness and very friendly staff. Marvellous rooftop on the 7th floor. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Hotel has exceeded our expectations, I can easily say it is a hidden gem in Rome. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - and I have already visited many hotels in many countries. It was our anniversary trip and if I would have to choose again that would be exactly the same place to stay here. Everything was perfect, the room and service were amazing, interior design & arts adds a lot of unique style in a very positive manner. Extra praise goes to receptionist (a young woman with black glasses) - honestly, I have never met anyone so friendly and helpful in a very natural, not artificially pretended, way. All the recommendations and help were at the excellent level with deep, natural, care.

Not a big deal but still - breakfasts. Variety is hm... modest, however quality is very good and everyone can find something what they like (ie. continental or sweet stuff or more in the english-style eggs/sausages/bacon). From the other side the dining room is so small so it builds a very unique and cameral breakfast atmosphere which adds another solid plus on the overall stay experience.

The hotel is modern with panels of remote control and lots of cushions (there were more than 10 in our room). Located within 10 minute walk from Termini, 5 minutes from underground station & National Gallery, and in walking distance to Spanish steps, nd di Trevi Fountain. The rooms were cosy and very well equipped. We booked two combined rooms and this was a perfect choice as it included a private hall with an additional key. But the best was the staff (both at the reception and in breakfast area): friendly, helpful and proactively interested in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast served in relatively small area gets boring after two days and scrambled eggs & bacon were served cold due to window being open wide at breakfast time in February. The entry to the hotel could use a more visible sign as it is easy to miss the right entrerence to the building.

The rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and spotless environment throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated, with elegant décor and high-quality materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, its central location made it easy to explore the city, with the metro just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel was a serendipititous find.! Very cool decor with numerous artworks in the public spaces and rooms. Room was large than normal and super comfortable in all aspects including a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a sofa !. Hotel is spread over a number of floors in a block of apartments right at the very end of Via Barberini with the metro station just a short 5 minute walk away. Will return definately as this hotel really added to our Rome visit. Breakfast is alaso good though the breakfast room is rather small and with uncomfortable seating. But hey thats a small minus point for what you get . Hotel is a 10 minutes walk away from Stazione Termini

Greatly helpful, friendly staff. Free upgrade to a balcony room and discount on top of that too. Great atmosphere inside, excellent location. Breakfast was varied and plentiful on a classy rooftop terrace. Excellent A.C. and daily cleaning and towel replacement. Everything looks far more luxurious than expected.

There is a white string connected to a switch in the shower cabin. Apparently it's for emergencies. Don't pull on it. Nothing happened when I pulled on it, but just in case, save it for emergencies.

Room was very modern but some of the light features took a while to get used to . The bathroom was a bit small and the glass door separating the bathroom from the main room was annoying as it got in the way . It would have been better to be a sliding door to allow more space

Breakfast area was too small and so had to wait for a table at busy times . Most of the chairs were hard foam chairs as they were the only ones to be able to fit and this was not comfortable . The rooftop garden area was supposed to be open one day but was locked - it looked like a lovely place to sit and relax but was not open.
