We had a problem the first and second night with people coming in very late and making noises and disturbing our sleep. When we reported it to the administration they took immediate action and for our 3rd and last night moved us to another room (which was actually an upgrade) most appreciated!!!

Hotel, staff and location.

Nice clean room, easy to access, very central

Staff didn’t speak very much English, wasn’t told prior that I would have the equivalent of 1 nights stay taken from my account before hand it was just taken. No mention of any deposit before hand

A modern room with a very comfortable mattress, 2 pillows each. electric plugs on both bedside tables. a coffee machine with pods available and they replace them everytime they clean the room. hot water always available. AC works and chills the room very fast. quiet area and respectful staff. they ask to leave a security deposit of 100€ for any damages which is reasonable considered on how modern the room is. 5 mins away from barberini square where you can find breakfast and pharmacy is around the corner. bedroom was very nice with ceiling spot lights. elevator is old but works

Decor Location

Remote reception, Confusing and difficult to check in or get inside building. No one there checking out?

The place was in good location with very safe police Guard out the front, walk to a lot of sights. Basic and clean room.

it was not a hotel, just a room for accomodation, no 24hrs reception - Even when we try to check out in the morning we had to call phone numbers but nobody answered the calls, no restaurant, no room service. The shower was the worst ever - in the middle of it was a pillar of concrete that took up most of the space, so was very difficult to shower there.

One very comfortable and nice hotel. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. About 10–15 minutes by walking to the Trevi Fountain.

The room was perfect. They were cleaning the room every day. The stuff was very kind to us. They have a very good and easy system to check in online and get your keys by yourself through an application.water was all the time hot. I strongly recommended. The location was perfect just 12 minutes from fontana di trevi and 5 minutes from the metro stasion barberini. Very safe and quite neighborhood. ❤❤

It is located in a very central location. We walked to the rooms from main train station. The rooms are recently refurbished. The receptionist Dalia is amazing.

Rooms are bit small in size, but it is in city centre 😊
