The hotel is well located, close to many of Rome's main attractions. As mentioned in other reviews having the American Embassy across the road made you feel like you had onsite security. The room was very clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was very good. The room contained a fridge with a mixture of drinks which were just €1 - probably the cheapest drink in Rome and restocked daily. On our visit the hotel was not manned but Giulia was very quick to respond to any queries. Instructions for accessing the hotel and room were sent via WhatsApp on the day we arrived. I would recommend making sure that you have Giulia's number written down or saved in your phone before travelling (they are in the hotel details) so that if you have any issues accessing WhatsApp or email when you arrive in Italy you can make contact with her. She responded to my messages very promptly.

Our stay in Rome was made all the more special thanks to this beautifully designed accommodation. Tucked away on a quiet street, it’s a rare find—peaceful yet within walking distance of both the Trevi Fountain and Roma Termini. City bus stops are also just around the corner, making it an ideal base for exploring. The room itself felt like stepping into an old-world movie set: high ceilings, rich burgundy drapes with golden details, tasteful wooden furniture, and a spacious marble bathroom that felt like a mini spa. Everything was spotless. The minibar was stocked with thoughtful basics—sparkling and still water, a juice, a beer, gluten-free chips, and peanuts—all reasonably priced at just 1€ per item. Breakfast was a delight: fresh pastries, a great coffee machine, and bottled water, all served in an elegant breakfast room that matched the classic charm of the bedrooms. Though our checkout was early due to a morning flight, the staff made things simple—we were told we could just leave the city tax and minibar payment at reception in case no one was around, which we really appreciated. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but for the location, the quiet, the cleanliness, and the timeless style, it’s absolutely worth it. Would return in a heartbeat.

The only downside was the air conditioning—it was set to 24°C by default, and would turn on and off every 10 seconds with a noticeable clicking sound. The room reached that temperature very quickly, so it kept cycling constantly, which became a bit distracting at night. I didn’t get a chance to ask the staff if it could be adjusted differently, so perhaps there was a better setting or solution I just didn’t have time to explore.

Breakfast was excellent and also there were snacks and drinks available all day which was much appreciated. The room was well equipped, comfortable beds although the pillows were not great for us so maybe pillow choices would be great. Noise could be heard from other guests at times, when they entered the property. The staff did everything they could to alleviate this, notes asking guests to be considerate of other to not let the doors bang etc, but some people unfortunately are oblivious. But all in all a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Rome.

We had the pleasure of staying at Roma Residenza Centro Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of Rome, it’s a stone’s throw from many iconic landmarks, quaint cafes, and vibrant neighborhoods. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with classic Italian charm. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a stunning view of the city. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring luxurious toiletries and an excellent shower.

The Ac was too loud.

We can't recommend Residenza RomaCentro highly enough! Giulia and her staff couldn't have been more attentive or accommodating to us. Our room was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. Complimentary breakfast is provided, and India very kindly offered to make toasted sandwiches for us. The code system for entry was explained very clearly in advance of our arrival, which made it hassle-free and quick. Giulia can be contacted via What's App and replies instantly to messages, offering to help in any way possible. Location is safe, and within walking distance of main attractions. My parents travelled with us, and Giulia facilitated a late check-out for them (as we were taking a late flight home), at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated. It really felt like a home from home, due to those personal touches and the fact that it's smaller in size. Thank you all so much!

It can be a little noisy in the mornings especially, but with so much to see and do in Rome, we were up early every morning so it wasn't a big deal. Giulia kindly offered to let us move to a different room but we were happy to stay where we were.

Location was excellent and the room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom had a whirlpool bath and there was a fridge and ample storage for clothes. WIFI was free and fast. Breakfast was a little limited but was fine with coffee available whenever you wanted it.

The TV had very limited channels and would not except a USB for watching films. There were no views to speak of but this was fine and did not detract from our stay.

Very easy self check in facility , the staff guided well and was just a text away and responds immediately. Very clean and safe .I was travelling alone. Near the major attractions on walking distance of 15 min. Helpful staff . Can arrange taxi for you. Has breakfast facility.have kettle and dryer in room. The accommodation was in a really safe and beautiful location, really close to the metro and to a lot of bus stations. The water pressure was fantastic (writing this because when we were looking for a property to stay at, I saw that a lot of them had a problem with the water pressure). It's also really nice that they give us breakfast. :) And the cappuccino is super good!

You hear whenever someone enters their room. And you basically can't sleep past ~7:30 am, but it wasn't that much of a problem for us, as we had a lot we wanted to do and chose to wake up early anyway.

The location is superb as a base from which to explore the city. We received clear instructions for self-check-in, which were easy to follow. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The bathroom, with large walk-in shower, was great. Our contact at the hotel was responsive and very kind.

Our mattress and pillows were a little on the hard side, but this really wasn't a problem for a 3-night stay.

- Amazing location: It was a quiet, safe area but a 15-20 minute walking distance to tourist spots including Trevi Fountain. - Staff were amazing. Very warm and welcoming. - The room that we had was spacious. With basic facilities inside. - Free coffee, tea, buscuits in the kitchen. - We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. Our flight was in the evening. This was such a great help.
