When we arrived they asked us to stay in another apartment (without giving a reason) further away in Trastevere but after some conversation the lady found us another room on the location. It's a good room, with a big bed and heating. The shower is spacious and good with hot water. It has a small balcony overlooking the back. They make the bed and replace products (soap, shower gel) daily. There is a kettle in the room and a coffee machine. Below the building there is a police station, where they are 24/7, which made us feel super safe. A deposit is required at the beginning and is returned at the end of the stay. It is located 15 minutes walk from the Fontana di Trevi and you have buses that stop 4min walking from the "house" (n°86). I recommend!

Clean room, comfy bed, fridge available, tea and coffee facilities. Close to metro station and not far from train station and 20 - 30 mins walk into main town.

Access to the apartment via the website didn't work and no one answered phone when we arrived but messaged on booking.com and got response straight away. One morning did not have hot water but was soon resolved after request made.

Suit is located in very nice and quiet part of the city with ministers and ambasies nearby. 20 min walk to Fontana di Trevi, or you can take public bus

It was really cold in room although outside temperature was 18 degrees.. We asked for AC remote but they told us that AC can be used only during summer.

Position, cleaning, kindness, room and a very huge and comfortable bed.

During the night it was very cold, without any additional blanket or heating… I was really freezing!

Very clean, has an elevator for bags, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, proximity to tourist spots were great - only needed the metro for Vatican and to get to the pantheon, everything else is walking distance. Would stay here again

The shower flooded but it was quickly fixed which was great. A slight misunderstanding in the beginning when they thought we had booked for 3 nights but it was actually 4, quickly resolved though.

Location was exceptional, absolutely price-worthy and clean :)

The location is perfect, in a safe area and easy access to arrive to. The natural lighting was perfect and it wasn't too close to another building making the view, decent. The beds were comfortable although it consisted of two twin size beds pushed together to create one full size.

The check-in process could've been smoother. Although the day prior and the day of, I received messages from the hotel to confirm the arrival time, upon arrival, the woman who worked there seemed very new. She informed us that there was no booking under my name and that maybe I booked another hotel. After showing proof of my reservation, texts of communication with the hotel, and once again confirm the booking number, she was able to locate my reservation. In addition, she had no idea how the wifi worked nor did it reach our room.

The location was right in the center of everything I wanted to see, and everything was in range of my walking tolerance (six miles out and six back in any direction). The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any issues or concerns I may have had. I enjoyed how quite the room was and how comfortable the beds were. This was perfect for a single traveler or a couple.

All of my expectations were met or exceeded.

staff was very helpful (one day the hot water wasnt working and they immediately took care of it), location was really good (the train station was 10min and city sites were all within 30 min walking distance). Hygiene was good!

the app you can use to check-in is outdated so its not available anymore on google play store. The other option was to rang the bell for 3 seconds so you could speak to the staff....this didnt work because there was no one to answer this unfortunately. In the end we had to call and the person told us to go to the 4th floor. If you use the elevator the room is indeed on 4 if you pushed 4 in the elevator BUT if you walk upstairs (we tried 3 times walking up to the 4th floor) the rooms are on the 5th or 6th (cant really remember but we COUNTED out loud to be sure xD)

It was all good , location is Great , close to Fontana di trevi and spanish steps ,maybe 15 rlto 20 min easy walk, nice neighborhood , Room was nice and clean, and was checked daily , staff is nice and helpfull

Only small downside was some noise in the morning from boiler or water pump [ i think ] , but nothing special
