The area is fantastic. Quiet but close to everything, bus stop round the corner, small supermarket with everything you need at the doorstep. The staff was friendly and helpful. After the check out we kept our luggage at the reception and had some food which they kindly stored in the fridge. It was a pleasant experience in all ways, we know where to stay next time in Rome!

It was central to major streets Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was extremely basic but available.

The hotel had no logo or name on the building, so it was extremely difficult to find in the heat of the day. We had to try and call to find out how to enter the hotel. Due to this, it would have been helpful to have been told this in the lead up of the arrival. To explain what to look out for. Below is the only sign of the hotel. Though this hotel is central, it is good to note you are at least a 20 min walk to major sghts and easy walk, but to return, it is all uphill. Then the hotel rooms are on 2 floor or 6 flights of stairs. Elevator available but very old and slow.

The hotel is in an apartment building so no obvious signage, but we finally managed to find it. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was great in a different wing to the reception area. The hotel is opposite the US consulate and there are a few restaurants and bars around. About a 20 minute walk from station and 20 minute walk to the spanish steps. A nice boutique hotel

If you are in a different wing to the receiption you have to take 2 small lifts to get to breakfast.

The staff was super helpful. They greeted us upon arrival. Walked us to our room and explained how things worked. They answer our questions and even made taxi reservations for pick up and drop off at hotel. The room was small but clean. The location was good. 30 min walk to colosseum. 12 min walk to Trevi fountain. There is a grocery story five-ten feet from the hotel entrance which is perfect for getting snacks. Overall great stay.

We booked the Suite which was very spacious—living room, bathroom with tub, and bedroom with queen bed (or perhaps slightly larger). The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable, on the firm side which I prefer. The AC/heating units in the living room and bedroom were quiet and functional (another review someplace complained that they were noisy, this was not our experience, but can't speak for other rooms). Breakfast was better than I expected, and included coffee, yummy pastry, hard boiled eggs and yogurt, some cold meats and cheese. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient—but not in the thick of things, so returning for a mid-day pit stop was at times inconvenient.

A few things in the room were a bit run down, for example some of the furniture was past its prime (though still functional), and the bed linens were a little threadbare. Instead of an electronic key card, you had to carry around physical keys for the building, the room, and the room safe; maybe this is typical for a boutique hotel in Rome, but I especially would have preferred a safe with numeric code rather than worry about the key.

The weather was not so hot and when we opened the window for fresh air, the room was full with mosquitoes. We don't like to sleep and to stay in the air conditioner all the time. May be It would be good to put a mosquito net on the smaller window.

The room was clean and simple and the hotel was quiet overall but we could hear our neighbour coughing late into the night. It was in a good location, walkable to transit and kitty corner to the US Embassy. There was also a little grocery store next door where we could buy bottled water and sandwiches for cheap.

The breakfast was pretty basic and if you showed up after 9am, there were even fewer options.

Very very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple but it worked. Great location in a quiet area but was able to walk to the main attractions

We arrived early evening in the dark…the hotel never had a sign on the front and no one was able to help us….eventually we realised the hotel was behind a big wooden door which has separate doorbells. We would definately stay here again now we know.

Construction at 7am was a tad too early to hear jack hammers coming thru the wall. Not too fond that the key had to be in the light switch for lights to be on. Didnt enjoy coming back to a dark room
