The fact that the rooms was very clean made us very comfortable. Also, the employees were very helpful and friendly. They tried to help us in every way. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain area.The neighborhood is safe. We mostly walked everywhere, but if you want to visit the Colosseum, Vatican and Trastevere area more, it may not be for you.Also if you are looking for exactly hotel concept, this place may not be for you. It is actually a business belonging to 2 floors of a building.But rooms are just like the photos we liked it.

perfect quiet location with local food nearby (a delicious il Fellini restaurant, Alice pizza) and city attractions in the walking distance, non-disturbing house and a charming tourist-free street, Faro specialty coffee down the street.

unfortunate to arrive during non-working hours for reception we would have changed the towels, but need to wait till morning. But during our 8 days stay - never happened again, and the host is very welcome, don't let this turn off you from this nice place!

The location is very good, pretty walkable to everything (about 15min.to Vila Borghese, 20min to Spanish steps, 20min tot Trevi), it was clean, the bed was comfortable,free coffee in the room. Also, I really appreciated that you can leave your luggage there after check out,free of charge .

Very small room, smaller than the pictures. There is no sound proof at all, you can hear everything from outside, from the hallway and from the neighbors. Luckily, my neighbors were pretty quiet.

Location was great, only 1km from Rome center and Rome atractions in center. We use public transport only for Coloseum and vatican. Room is enough big for a couple, with big comfortable bed, flat TV, table for laptop, small fridge and small coffe machine. Room have bathroom with shower too. Property is clean and stafs are cleaning room every day. Host from Rome, he was kind and frendly, so we got a turist map and answer on every questions that we have during our stay. Highly recommended!!! In front of the house there is a bar “Corsetti” with great breakfast and espresso or machiatto.

Great location for my work requirements. I liked being close to Villa Borghese gardens. Good room with small balcony. Helpful staff. Great cafe next door for breakfasts.

No staff present at night - not a problem, but useful to know.

Its very central, quite area, embassies neighbourhood. Very closed to the beautigul park Villa Borghese. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

the balcony was not very clean and there wasnt any chair to sit.

Very comfortable bed, the facilities were also great; especially coffee machine and also shower facilities. We also had a balcony which was great and also asked for a room next to our friends room and we were accommodated easily 😊

Very clean, close to Roma Termini also walkable to sightsee locations, nice area and neighborhood, various of restaurants and little supermarkets, etc.

Everything was perfect, and I would like to thank the staff for making the check-in early

The room was full of dust and under the bed, but that's not a big deal
