The host mainly speaks Italian. He tries to switch to English, but after a sentence or two, he reverts back to Italian. Despite this, it was not an issue for completing the check-in process. The room was nice and clean, and there was a kettle in the shared kitchen area. The location is excellent, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. Walking to the Trevi Fountain from the hotel takes about 20 minutes.

There was only one small inconvenience happened at 8 AM, when we realized there was no more hot water in the shower. We had to call the host, but the four different telephone numbers posted in the entrance area did not work. Eventually, we found another number on the hotel business card, and the host answered. He sent someone to fix the hot water issue, which was resolved in 15 minutes.

We liked the location as we enjoy walking, it was clean, Gian was very helpful and responsive.

The kitchen had nothing to cook with, which was the reason for our choice to stay there. No pots or pans.

the price to location was wonderful and the man we talked to was very helpful and accommodating. we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily due to location which was wonderful for us. the bed was also very comfortable. cleaning was optimal as well.

the wiring for the power block was unsafe and looked like it could start a fire as it was behind the bed. maybe get a new power block?

Saying that I loved this property doesn’t even begin to express how much I enjoyed being here! You honestly feel like you’re part of the culture here the second you walk up to the building. The giant doors, the elevator, the insides it’s all so surreal. The realization that you’ve left home and came to Rome really hits. The bed is super comfortable and big, the bathroom is big. Everything is close by a bus ride away. Just ask how to get an actual ticket for it they don’t sell it on the bus. Also checkout the store around the corner to the right you can’t miss it lit up with lights inside you’ll find a man named Omar he sells everything you need and is the kindest man. This place has everything you need and more! The host and cleaning lady are the kindest warm hearted ever! would definitely come back.

It is very well located, the receptionist does not speak English, but is very friendly. The room was great, it had a bathroom, soap and towels and plenty of storage space (we did not use them).

The location is really good, walking distance from many must see sights. The host was kind and the staff cleaned the room almost every day. We were in February so it was a bit cold but only when we arrived after that the heating was fine.

City tax should be paid in cash. No exact floor location mentioned on booking.com/on site.

The mattress was really comfortable and the duvet and sheets were of really good quality cotton, and really cosy. It felt clean, and I slept well. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very good and it was hot. The gentleman running the property was very friendly.

The shower door was loose and falling off.

Clean, comfortable, good location, the guy that attended us suggested a great restaurant close by. We loved it.

In the instructions, we should have what floor and name on door or number on the door to help up locate our place in this places all doors look alike and don't have a clue what room.
