location close to Termini and Trevi ( 20 min by walk) , room was clear and they changed towels . room was quıte (3rd floor) and breakfast was decent

we got a 3rd child bed avaılable ın the room, would lıke to have ıt as a sofa rather than a bed, curtains was too thick which was not necessary

Breakfast was good and complete. Location was good as it was quiet and yet close enough to the points of interest. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Vincenzo at the front disck and Maria at the restaurant. It is a clean hotel.

I suggest fluorescent lamps (or similar light colors) to be removed from the front desk, restaurant and rooms as it gives you a storage-like feeling and is a bit depressing. No Iron tables were made available despite having stated otherwise at Booking.com respective site.

Nice decor, quiet location, but 1km from the main areas, good breakfast, friendly and informative staff.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money for central(ish) Rome. Some nice restaurants nearby which is important as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is perfectly serviceable. The hotel was a great base from which to explore Rome.

I liked the hotel decoration (the ceiling paintings, the statues, the piano by the reception, the entrance hall) and the nice staff. The buffet breakfast was also very nice and varied, even thought the juices were too sweet (maybe because the juice machine was getting empty). The bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Fair price and nice accommodation for one or two nights.

Even thought I booked a room with the option to pay at the hotel (I made sure of that), they charged the total amount a couple of days before our arrival. Thankfully, I noticed the charge on my account before paying anything else. Because it was winter (end of December) the heating was on. The problem is that it was too hot for us and we couldn't regulate the temperature. Luckily we had a balcony so we kept it opened at night to be able to sleep well (for most of the people this would not be a problem at all, but we do prefer cold weather and get hot quickly).

This is a good hotel in the quiet part of Rome. Not particularly close to most attractions but the bonus is quiet streets. Professionally managed but lacking a personal touch. The buffet breakfast catered for all tastes and was good value.

There's little not to like about this hotel. But there is also nothing that makes this place stand out from the others.

The room was amazing with a very nice decoration. It was very clean and at a great location. The stuff was very kind and helpful. It's a great hotel to stay in Rome. Also the breakfast was very good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was great

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable to walk into the center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is very nice, many good restaurants and bars and just about 15 minutes walk to the center.

The only little thing, was the missing of some shelves in the bathroom to put your own stuff. But it is just a little matter of convenience.
