Perhaps I wasn't paying attention but was surprised to find breakfast included. Good start to the stay and open for quite long hours. The location worked really well for me. Close to the "centre" but also very close to the park which I loved. I spent most of my visit walking to the site or using local buses. The room was functional. Very much in line with expectations. The wellness room was a lovely facility after a few days on your feet. It isn't huge but perfect for 1 or 2 people. They do need advance notice to prepare it. The staff were great and welcoming

Really struggling to think of something. The lift was particularly slow (but I mainly used the steps) but I think that might be a Rome thing. Noticed slow lifts in other places.

From March 18 to 25, my sister and I stayed at this hotel. It’s a small, cozy place—very clean, with a delicious and filling breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The staff were truly wonderful—always trying their best to help with anything we needed. If something was missing in the room, they immediately brought it, always with a kind apology. Out of the attentive and caring team, we’d especially like to thank Simone at the reception and Nadya, who took care of breakfast. Nadya even remembered how we liked our coffee and when we usually had it. Since we were leaving very early, they arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast boxes to take with us. Beautiful villa near the US embassy and an American Catholic Church. It's a 12 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Tucked away in a quiet part of Rome. The staff is incredible: Omar, Simone, Liliana, Antonio. Very attentive to your needs. Polite and helpful. I loved having breakfast ready for us in the morning before we started our day. The hotel has everything you need and a staff that is willing to assist their guests

I would have like to be closer to the heart and center of Rome but it was pleasant to have a quiet place to retreat after being in the busy parts all day. I would stay here again.

Great hotel within walking distance to the sites with parking. We have been twice and will go again.

They only want three people per room, even in the Suite which has a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. I understand the point of this, but my wife and I were travelling with two under 7s, and a separate room made no sense. They accommodated us but told us they would not do this in future which is a shame as we would love to stay here again.

Reception staff were some of the best we have met in Italy and we have spent quite few years here by now. Decent sized room. Decor is of course old but we knew that and that is no issue.

Cleaning lady was rude(we asked for late checkout and she knocked on the door 10mins before the asked extended time and pointed at her watch and being grumpy. We literally just came from our wedding and wanted to sleep in to recover a bit. Not very sound proof, cleaning lady starts shouting outside and slamming doors at 08.00 so hard to sleep in regardless.

We LOVED our stay here!!! The hotel and gardens were beautiful! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Breaking on the patio was lovely as well. The location was perfect for walking to many of the sights and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable… with the beds were not so hard. We will definitely return!

Great hotel, lovely staff and helpful staff, especially Simone! Good breakfast, with good selection of food. Hotel located quite close to central attractions and several bus stations. Would definitely book again!

Really the only thing that bothered us was the stairs from street level to the reception. Having a stroller made us drag it up the stairs. Inside the hotel there are two elevators, so that was okay.

Great location we walked to all the major attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Lots of restaurants nearby. They have a lovely garden where you can have breakfast or an afternoon refreshment. Highly recommend.

The bed was a little hard but other than that perfect.

The location was decent, and I found it convenient, spending around 9-15 euros to get to various places. The room was spacious enough, but unfortunately, it wasn’t soundproof. It was close to elevator as I requested.

The Jacuzzy was not clean. there was something inside of the water. WIFI is not working for two days (during weekend). I had my own mobile internet, so not big issue for myself

The elegant exteriour & interior of the hotel has welcomed us on arrival. Parking is available in the hotel. Hospitable and helfull reception personnel. Clean and spacious room. Good brekfast. Excellent hotel:)! Hotel is located in a conveniant spot and it is 10 minutes walk to Metro station Spagna or Berberini (Red line). It is abt 15 minutes walk to Trevi fountain, Panteon, Plazza Navona:) We have enjoyed stay in this hotel and will certainly return and recomend this hotel to friends.
