Cleaning could improve

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained hotel, located across from the US and UN Embassy in Rome. Our accommodation featured a king size bed and a separate twin size bed that accomodated 3 people. The main bedroom was thoughtfully designed, offering a primary King-size bed Plus twin bed in an alcove in the room and a refrigerator for beverages and leftovers. I loved the "Sex in the City" walk-in closet with all mirrors and plenty of storage space. While the bathtub/Shower size was large, the bathroom itself felt small which included 1 sink and hair dryer. We absolutely loved this hotel and felt very safe. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the tourist area in Rome. I chose this hotel partly because it was away from all the touristy areas which all described the high noise level due to all the tourists in the area late at night. We used the indoor pool and fitness center in the basement which was very nice.

We loved the spacious triple room w the surprisingly comfy sofa bed for our 6yo, the terrace restaurant where we enjoyed excellent breakfast & dinner, and the pool & gym were small but perfectly accommodating since we seemed to be the only ones using them! The service was warm and very family friendly. Location is in a more quiet district but still walkable 15 mins to Spanish steps, very safe given proximity to the US embassy!

Honestly I’m a pretty tough critic and stay in a lot of hotels but this was genuinely hard to fault.

Excellent staffs (kind and friendly), nice spacious elegant room (junior suite), nice restaurant and room service dishes, excellent good looking bar but with mosquitoes and a bit expensive. Excellent location (in front of the US Embassy, guards and soldiers are intimidating a little). I think they should allow to drink inside the restaurant since it's too hot in summer in the garden located outside.

Elegant premises, clean with roman characteristics. As we were a two children family, the manager upgraded our staying to a junior suite. Comfortable space with ,plenty amenities and an espresso machine. A beautiful place more like your home rather than a hotel. Very safe place and location. Taxi station just in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the Historical Centre. All personnel were much polite and helpful.

Excellent staff! 12 out of 10 for the service. The personal care, attention and being there to assist us in all time for all metter; super kindly and efficiently. The inside pool was good. For the use of the sauna it is needed to be notice an hour before to the staff. The both are nice after a full day out. Room interior was fair and well. Again, the service make huge defferance. Highly recommend.

We first stayed at the Rose Garden Palace 20 years ago soon after it first opened. Rooms are spacious and very clean and the location is excellent just off the Via Veneto, a smart part of Rome.

There are parts of the hotel that could do with a refresh, room doors looked a bit tired and needed a coat of fresh paint. Nothing major but just a refresh.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. Very clean. Very quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly. Just 1 female server in restaurant seemed to be having a bad day

No ice to be found . We had a very comfortable king bed, but our daughter's twin was hard as a rock, so we all slept together. Only offered buffet for breakfast, couldn't just order a coffee, so we only ate there once. Would have liked some glasses instead of 2 paper cups....not the hotel for families with little kids.

The pool was a must and we also enjoyed having a gym. The breakfast had a great variety. We also liked the water and snacks in reception after a day out was great.

The tea and coffee facility in the room was inadequate but we did ask for a kettle and it was supplied and I took milk from breakfast to make tea. The service staff at breakfast where a little to eggar to clear plates and one of you had to remain at the table or your food would be taken.......which i did see happen.

Lovely hotel in an upmarket area that was actually quite peaceful. The room was sizeable which we appreciated. Close enough to tourist attractions without the busyness.

Bathrooms are a bit small but the size of the room compensated for that.
