Location is amazing but the star is Giulia. We had four nights in Rome, and she helped us map out our days perfectly. Go for lunch where she tells you. Go for gelato where she tells you. Location- quiet and safe. You can walk to anything you want to see in 15 minutes or less. Bathroom- water pressure is better than in my own home. Cleanliness- 10/10. Communication- 11/10. After 10 days of navigating different B&Bs from Salerno, Sorrento, and Naples, this stay was beyond and above THE BEST.

The host was amazing and friendly, she was very informative showed us how to get around and places to visit and gave recommendations for restaurants that were great ! We checked in late and we were given clear instructions of how to find them and get in. It’s in a good location and is in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and not far from termini station which was great as we got the train to and from the airport. Good value for money especially being in the centre of Rome, would return and recommend to friends/family that want to visit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, only thing I would say is it could do with a little freshening up with some paint in the room and bathroom, in the bathroom there was some damp on the ceiling

I like the location. Close to city centre but still far away from most of the tourists. The area is a combination of finance and embassy. Tigre supermarket is close by which is good. 15 walk from Termini. Beds are hard (good).

Small things, like no kettle, noise from other guests are easily heard. Didn't really like the surrounding restaurants.

Location was spot on for the Mille Miglia arrival. 8 minutes to Via Veneto. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Nespresso machine at the ready, breakfast treats, and water in the fridge.

Not much to dislike, for me. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal thing.

Very nice and professional host. Room was pretty small, but we came for Rome, sleep comfort was great. Location very good for walking to any place in center of Rome. Nice location for breakfast, etc. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Perfect location (15 minutos away from Fontana di Trevi walking), amazing hospitality and reception, the host was incredible gave us tips to visit the city and was always amazing with us (even gave us the possibility to Check in a little sooner and kept our bags, on the cheek out day so we could visit a bit more comfortable on our lasts day)! Comfortable and clean room! Would definitely recommend it to a friend! And would repeat this location on another travel to rome!

Very good location, easy walk to great cafes, restaurants, train station, and Metro. Easy to get to all the touristy stuff and bus tour stops. Gulia the host was exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming, excellent English skills to help easily fill in the communication gaps. She had a lot of great recommendations. Overall we were very happy. The residence is a 4th floor apartment partitioned as a B&B. Wasn't immediately obvious from the street but the buzzers are labeled. There are elevators. Our room was one large room with en suite. Full bed plus 2 cots for the kids fit easily. Bistro style table and stocked snacks were appreciated. A/C was also much appreciated.

Bathroom was quite small and opening to shower was narrow/awkward around toilet. But it was clean and certainly worked.

Giuliana is the most nice person we met in Rome. She gave us good reccommendations and help us a lot with everything. She is so cute and the best host me had in Europe. Apartment is great everything was clean and comfortable. It is close to the Piazza di Spagna and Santa Maria Maggiore. You can easily find everything when you have host like Giuliana. You can contact her about everything. She made our visit chilling and we felt safe knowing we can call her. Apartmant is very safe place behind 2 doors and it smelled so nice. She is the best!!!!!!

We didn't like that we stayed for just 4 days there we are coming back fore sure!!! AVE GULIAAA !!!

Giulia(staff manager) was very helpful and friendly. She is the life of this apartment and makes your stay comfortable and welcoming. She went out of her way to explain all the details and recommendations for exploring Roma.

It was a bit loud from passing vehicles.

The host is very friendly and kind. The location is very strategic. It is near Historic sites. Near Metro station. 15min Walking to Main train station.
