Relaxing colours, nice perfume in the room, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The toilet was a bit small but it was also perfectly usable (no window but with ventilation) The room had a big open wardrobe, a table, a little sofa and a big HD TV and power sockets in any corner Lights were in the right spots and created an atmosphere their way Coffee machine, bottled water and biscuits are available all day long for a break in common area

On my arrival, they had not cleaned under the bed and quickly swept room and toilet.. there was an evident amount of dust, woman's hair and plastic. (However I invited them to clean thoroughly next day and they did) There was an hateful smell in the toilets probably coming from the drains. Problem was solved by leaving ventilation on all the time The view was on the inside of the building (balconies, ongoing works and little lighting)

Entry to room is through reception, on the fourth floor, a keypad door and further keypad to room so felt very safe. Room not huge but adequate, very nicely decorated and very clean with great storage, extra pillows & a fridge. It was cleaned daily & fresh towels & communal coffee machine a treat. Air con appreciated and television had great signal and access to English speaking channels such as YouTube. Only staff member seen was the cleaner but prompt & helpful response from WhatsApp communication. Area was nice but not much to do with restaurants and bars limited. However, we did find Le Bruschetta restaurant a few streets over where the food was great and reasonable and we spotted a few returning customers like ourselves.

Bathroom very clean and new but a bit cramped. Balcony a plus but it was extremely busy, noisy with traffic though this did die down at night.

Very happy with the bedroom, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. We had pleasant time. The positive point is that we have access to a microwave, selection of tea and good coffee. The hotel is small but nice, clean and cosy, just few minutes walk from multiple monuments and museums. Super simple access and easy to find. Multiple shops around as well and quiet place.

At first I was septic because we had to check-in online, I was worried that it would be hard to have contact with someone. But surprisingly everything was perfect and the contact provided on the email was responsive and flexible. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The room and bathroom (a single) were very good, and the hotel's location was convenient for sight seeing as well as for getting to and from the Termini train station.

There is actually no in-person staff. You receive a code via WhatsApp (after you fill in a survey with identification and send them a photo of your passport) that gets you access to the floor of the building and a code to the door of your hotel room. I don't remember that this information was obvious in the description on Booking.com. The Whatsapp communication was timely and informative, but it was strange not having an actual person there to check you in.

First time to Rome so we booked this with information we found on the web. From the time of booking to the end the person we had contact was overly helpful and responsive both with questions about the hotel as well as transportation and dining experiences. We felt like friends. Be advised, this is not a hotel with a lobby and staff etc. It is a private block of rooms/suites in a multipurpose building. The front door is secure. Then up the elevator to another secure door to Le Petite followed buy a secure door to your room. Not a huge place but a sort of hotel room with bath, mini fridge and safe. There is TV with lots of options for viewing if you speak Italian and WIFI is free. It is all new and in pristine condition. All our communications were on WhatsApp. There is no one on site, Your first impression at the front door and lobby are a bit intimidating but it's more comfortable after you realize how secure it is. We arrived a bit early and left our luggage in the room as it was not quite ready and went for a walk. Location is good. Having a balcony was a plus. Restaurants in 3 to five minute walk. We used Barberini Piazza as a hub for our travel with the Big Bus. We would stay there again. The photos on their website are accurate.

I was pleasantly surprised by Le Petit Bijou. We arranged the airport transfer that they offer and we got a really nice driver. The room was bigger than expected and we had a nice view of a church. Nice decor in the room. The cleaning of the room was good. The shower lotion smelled amazing. We liked that there was a fridge available and a well functioning AC in the room. One of the best sleeps I've ever had has been in this place. During our stay it was quiet, and with a reasonable distance to sights such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. I don't mind coming back here.

We had informed about our earlier arrival but did not receive our access codes before arriving at the accommodation so we had a little trouble getting in. The room was also not cleaned prior to our arrival, but luckily the cleaning lady arrived shortly after us and she arranged the room spotlessly. All and all we really appreciated that we were able to check in earlier. I also would have liked to have had an extra toilet roll and not just one as no staff is present. Even though there was no one in the reception the owner/s were very easy to get a hold of via WhatsApp. The local area lacks a better selection of restaurants, which is not the accommodations fault. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The location provided a quiet break from the busy centre of Rome (about 15 min walk to the Trevi fountain). The cleaning staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags in the room and access them early for a quick freshen up. The space felt very secure and although the bathroom was cramped, we were very comfortable. The small kitchenette for communal use was a nice touch although we did not use it during our stay

The mini hotel is located in a residential building. I liked the location - close to main attractions and two metro stations. Termini station is within walking distance. Before I checked in host sent me clear instructions, it helped to check in easily. The room itself was very cozy, everything needed was there. After check out, I could leave the luggage and go for a walk.

I was not very lucky and the windows of my room were out to the courtyard, other rooms were with a scenic view.

I liked this place. The area is not in a super tourist filled area. Got the opportunity to venture out and experience more local places. I would definitely stay here again. This hotel has basic amenities. They provide you with water on your arrival. Coffee, and tea in the small lobby. They also have maps of Rome at the front desk. The room was clean, and came with a small balcony. For me, that's all I need. They also scheduled our driver to and from the airport, he was a delight, had great taste in music, and gave us some tips for our stay.

The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes walking from the Fontana di Trevi and 5 minutes from metro station. We had the room No 6 and it was small but perfect for what we needed. The rooms are cleaned by the staff every day. The bed is very comfortable and everything is needed for the bathroom they have it and reloa. Finally, there is enough space to put your stuff.

The sound insulation of the appartment is not so good but it wasn't annoying. I suggest to add a clothing iron in the room because it isn't easy to travel with it and sometimes you need it.
