Staff was really helpful, patient and explaining all our questions with keeping their smile. Especially Tatiana who was our more or less daily reception contact person. If your choice is walking around, you can reach all the sightseeing by walking. Bars and restaurant available nearby. Good choice for staying and visiting Rome

I would say that the food could get a little improvement. We enjoyed a late dinner not getting out anymore. So decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. For us, the dishes were tasteless. Especially when we were able to compare the dishes with dishes we were eating in other restaurant. A very nice hotel, great staff, only need some more attention to the quality of the food.

I highly recommend UNA Hotels Empire Roma. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, grocery stores, the train station, and the Metro. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from reception to the breakfast team. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, an excellent toilet, and a convenient mini bar. I also appreciated that the hotel did not charge a deposit or hold any amount on my credit card at check-in, which was a nice gesture of trust.

The room didn’t have air conditioning and sometimes felt hot, even in winter. However, opening the window quickly lets in a pleasant breeze that helps cool the room. The pillows could also be improved.

This hotel has a very convenient location within a 15-minute walk (with luggage) from the Termini station. We stayed 2 nights there. The staff is super professional, polite, and always smiling. The room was comfortable for 2 people with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower has excellent hot water pressure. Also, has a large heated towel rail, which was very nice (especially for those who live in Portugal) to have a dry, warm, and soft towel every time you use it. There is a beautiful and huge park within a 10-minute walk from the hotel! Highly recommend going there. And the cutest part is that the staff congratulated me on my birthday and brought me a cute delicious cake to the room. I didn't expect it at all! Thank you! We will come back again!

The breakfast was good, lots of choices. Location was quite good but as two elderly women it was a bit of a hike for us to get to the center of Rome. The staff on the desk where super helpful and kind. We were happy to dine in the restaurant; the food wasn't gourmet but lots of choices and satisfying. Nice not to have to search for a restaurant after a long day in the heat.

We would stay again at this hotel. Rome was seething with tourists, locals with three or four dogs each, and the heat was unbelievable even at this time of the year. This, of course, has nothing to do with the hotel.

Our experience at Empire Hotel Rome was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tania and Giorgia at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early at 10:00 AM, which made our arrival so much smoother. Their kindness and hospitality truly made a difference. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was clear that great attention is given to cleanliness and guest comfort. Breakfast was another highlight! The selection was fantastic, and Adrianno went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His dedication and friendliness made our mornings extra special—we were so happy to meet him! Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we will definitely visit again! Highly recommended!

The hotel was fantastic, and the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. I arrive late at night, and the staff available was very nice. The room was very clean, with a double bed. TV and all the amenities, and the toilet was very clean, with all the amenities. As an international traveller, I had issues with my charging as I did not have a universal adapter, and bought few from the grocery shops near by but didn't work with my charging cable, or was very slow charging. The restaurant at the hotel was also very nice, the food was delicious. Overall, the hotel was a 10 out of 10.

The location and the Hotel are really nice. It is located in a historical street in the center of Rome piazza Barberini and Via del Corso are walking distance and so is the main train station in town. Overall really nice rooms very quiet at night definitely reccommended for families with children :)

We arrived on January 4th in the evening. I was struggling with the doors (not revolving) and my suitcases and the person in charge of the luggages looked at me and didn't help me, also after the check in we were four people with 4 luggages and he didn't even ask if we needed help with them to go up to the room. That was very disappointing also because the rest of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Especially at breakfast everyone was really nice and I want to thank the maids and the breakfast staff for the exceptional work! Also on January 5th on the morning shift there was another person that was in charge of luggages and he was absolutely amazing with my children. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was exceptional,this hotel is of a very high standard!!!The Restaurant was wonderful and Gabriel so attentive and friendly.The room was cosy and very clean.The reception staff were tops and so helpful,Lyuba was so friendly and helpful!!I would not hesitate to book this hotel again on my next visit to Rome!!!It really made our visit to Rome the best experience!!!!Thank you to everyone there!!!!

There was nothing to dislike

Nice hotel, typical Italian style. Bathroom was quite small, we could barely move in the shower. Our friends had a suite, for the small price difference of maybe 50-60 EUR more for the suite we would have been more comfortable with the larger bathroom in a suite. Overall quiet hotel. Nice breakfast. Good location to visit the city. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Otherwise a good hotel and I would definitely come back.

- extremely small shower. If you tried to wash your hair you either knock against the shower door or knock out the shower tap. - good breakfast but only 1 (very slow!!) coffee machine for the entire room. Plus the coffee machine had not been wiped clean in a very long time.
