We had a big room interconnected with a smaller one for the kids. Lots of space to move around, lots of toiletries, slippers etc.. bath with a glass door that opens was very convenient for bathing the kids. Location was excellent, as seemed to be a very safe neighbourhood and central for sight seeing. Also kids room was away from windows to the main road so was quiet.

Nothing was bad enough to stop us going here again, however some improvements would be that the decor of the room was outdated (with wallpaper and furniture old fashioned), the tv only had italian channels, and there was no breakfast at the hotel itself or somewhere you could get a snack without leaving the hotel. There is a coffee shop just around the corner though so wasn't a problem for us.

No hot water in the mornings if you get up at popular times - water lukewarm up to fairly cold if hot water used up by other guests. Hotel could use a better water heating/storage system.

Convenient for centre and bus station. Very quiet at night. Tea coffee and water provided. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Good quality toiletries in bathroom. Lovely staff. Good housekeeping and towels. Comfortable bed with nice bedding.

Room was a bit shabby and there were quite a few grubby marks on the walls.

The bathrooms, for me at 74, were a slight problem. While beautiful, they were a bit hazardous. The tub had a half swinging glass door that did little to stop water splash. I gauged my ankle on it which adversely affected my whole trip.

Nice staff, very cozy room and bathroom, carpet on the floor, water in the fridge, tea and coffee, coffee machine and electric kettle, many bathroom accessories, it was very clean, they made the cleaning whenever asked. Slippers and bathrobes are provided. It was quiet; air conditioner worked properly. The bed was large and comfortable. 15 mins walk to the center, many cafes nearby, nice street. It was pleasant to stay in the room.

The only thing is that in the first room on the 2nd floor there was no wifi connection, no mobile connection at all. The receptionist suggested to us the other room on the 5th floor with better wifi

The staff was super helpful. The location is in the center, its close to everything else. I really liked it there. We checked in really late, and the staff left us a key with the security guy ( like 3 am) that was after we informed them that in our booking. The room was big and the bathroom was huge. I will be coming back to stay there in the future. There is no alcohol in the fridge ( muslim friendly) The cleaning lady was super nice. We left out lugagge at the hotel even after we checked out until our flight time. Sorry , i dont have any picture to share Thank you so much

The hotel is wonderful, with an excellent location. We stayed in a family room, which was very nice, although one of the rooms was small. They provide capsule coffee and water, plus a minibar, which was a great bonus. The bathtub needs some renovation as it had visible patches. The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very attentive. On the same street, there’s an amazing pizzeria and a fantastic gelato shop, which made our stay even better. We had issues with the reservation, but thankfully, everything was resolved in the end.

They couldn’t find our reservation, and we faced several inconveniences during the booking process. However, it was eventually resolved.

The hotel is located in a nice area with close by nice restaurants and bars. Only 15-20 minutes walk distance from downtown and main attractions. It’s a cosy hotel with small lobby but does the job well. The hotel has different room styles as none of the rooms are alike. Some rooms are spacious but others are very small. The rooms and toilets are very clean with classic furniture. Beds are comfortable but without duvets or blankets (which was ok because it was summer time and too hot). The bathroom was huge with marble floors. Very clean… Free luxurious toiletries in the bathroom with fresh towels. Coffee machine, mini fridge, safety box, free water bottles. Vending and coffee machines in the lobby which makes things easier.

No blankets on the bed. Just a thin sheet. Loud A/C. Not enough electrical outlets.

Great location, about 20 minutes walk to central areas, and about 10 mins from Piazza Barberini for metro. Also close to Borghese, for nice walks, and about 20 mins walk to Termini train station. There are some nice restaurants on the same street as the hotel, in particular Fuocolento. Lots of other nice restaurants in the area, one very popular pizza place "50 Caló" (we didn't try it as queues). Reception staff were LOVELY! So nice, friendly, helpful, and gave us a good quality map. Room was a good size, the bed was big, and very, very comfortable, the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel :) The cleaning was very good, and the room was serviced well each day. The lovely marble bathroom with bath was a joy! Great toiletries in the bathroom too! There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room, with 4 complimentary coffee pods. Even though the windows were onto the street, we weren't disturbed at all by noise. Fedderica and Maddelena were especially helpful and nice.

Nothing, it was a lovely hotel and we will definitely come back! There is not a 24 hour reception, but this was not a problem for us, the card key opens the 'night door', Fedderica made sure to show us how to use it during the check-in process.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Rome Central Station, and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The room we stayed in was well-equipped and met our expectations. The highlight was the big and comfortable bed, which was perfect for relaxing after spending the whole day walking around the city.

I am unsure if it was related to the thickness of the walls or the air conditioner system, but in the room we stayed in, we could easily hear everything happening in the neighbor's room. So, if you have bad luck and stay side by side with a neighbor who likes talking during the night (even at a reasonable volume), you may face some issues.
