We had a big room interconnected with a smaller one for the kids. Lots of space to move around, lots of toiletries, slippers etc.. bath with a glass door that opens was very convenient for bathing the kids. Location was excellent, as seemed to be a very safe neighbourhood and central for sight seeing. Also kids room was away from windows to the main road so was quiet.

Nothing was bad enough to stop us going here again, however some improvements would be that the decor of the room was outdated (with wallpaper and furniture old fashioned), the tv only had italian channels, and there was no breakfast at the hotel itself or somewhere you could get a snack without leaving the hotel. There is a coffee shop just around the corner though so wasn't a problem for us.

No hot water in the mornings if you get up at popular times - water lukewarm up to fairly cold if hot water used up by other guests. Hotel could use a better water heating/storage system.

Convenient for centre and bus station. Very quiet at night. Tea coffee and water provided. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Good quality toiletries in bathroom. Lovely staff. Good housekeeping and towels. Comfortable bed with nice bedding.

Room was a bit shabby and there were quite a few grubby marks on the walls.

It was very nice, comfortable and affordable.

The bathrooms, for me at 74, were a slight problem. While beautiful, they were a bit hazardous. The tub had a half swinging glass door that did little to stop water splash. I gauged my ankle on it which adversely affected my whole trip.

Pleasant hotel, clean and quiet

Room without a window. Impossible to breathe inside. Tiny quarter vent right next to the entrance room door was exactly on the level of inside of the building fire steps, so anyone could literally walk in, as doors on all floors leading to those steps were not locked, I’ve checked this. Relatively far from all the main attractions and walking streets. Do not recommend to book in advance as the price dropped 30% off for the same room couple of days before we arrived. Ok for last minute short trips though.

Friendly and helpful girls at front reception, we were able to leave our bags in the morning and then go out and explore the city. It has a lift so you don't have to carry your bag to your room. Clean and modern room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful high ceilings that made the room feel spacious. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided. Lots of local food options in the streets just outside the hotel. Walkable to Termini station.

The only thing that would have made the stay even better was if it had a little fridge so that we could have stored the milk to have with the coffee pods provided.

The hotel is wonderful, with an excellent location. We stayed in a family room, which was very nice, although one of the rooms was small. They provide capsule coffee and water, plus a minibar, which was a great bonus. The bathtub needs some renovation as it had visible patches. The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very attentive. On the same street, there’s an amazing pizzeria and a fantastic gelato shop, which made our stay even better. We had issues with the reservation, but thankfully, everything was resolved in the end.

They couldn’t find our reservation, and we faced several inconveniences during the booking process. However, it was eventually resolved.

The staff was super helpful. The location is in the center, its close to everything else. I really liked it there. We checked in really late, and the staff left us a key with the security guy ( like 3 am) that was after we informed them that in our booking. The room was big and the bathroom was huge. I will be coming back to stay there in the future. There is no alcohol in the fridge ( muslim friendly) The cleaning lady was super nice. We left out lugagge at the hotel even after we checked out until our flight time. Sorry , i dont have any picture to share Thank you so much

Nice staff, very cozy room and bathroom, carpet on the floor, water in the fridge, tea and coffee, coffee machine and electric kettle, many bathroom accessories, it was very clean, they made the cleaning whenever asked. Slippers and bathrobes are provided. It was quiet; air conditioner worked properly. The bed was large and comfortable. 15 mins walk to the center, many cafes nearby, nice street. It was pleasant to stay in the room.

The only thing is that in the first room on the 2nd floor there was no wifi connection, no mobile connection at all. The receptionist suggested to us the other room on the 5th floor with better wifi

The hotel is located in a nice area with close by nice restaurants and bars. Only 15-20 minutes walk distance from downtown and main attractions. It’s a cosy hotel with small lobby but does the job well. The hotel has different room styles as none of the rooms are alike. Some rooms are spacious but others are very small. The rooms and toilets are very clean with classic furniture. Beds are comfortable but without duvets or blankets (which was ok because it was summer time and too hot). The bathroom was huge with marble floors. Very clean… Free luxurious toiletries in the bathroom with fresh towels. Coffee machine, mini fridge, safety box, free water bottles. Vending and coffee machines in the lobby which makes things easier.

No blankets on the bed. Just a thin sheet. Loud A/C. Not enough electrical outlets.
