The property was a 15 minute walk from termini station and only a 20 minute walk from the trevi fountain, it was easy to find and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Made for a great stay if you do not plan on staying in your room that much and are just looking for somewhere to get ready and sleep.

We went in September and the air conditioning has been turned off meaning the rooms were very warm and the ceiling fans were very noise, they were also quite small especially the shower and toilet. The lift was also very small so if you are afraid of elevators it won’t be good for you.

basic hotel but definitely good value for money

Room: The room was spacious, equipped with a refrigerator and minibar. The TV was small, but functional. Breakfast: Minimalistic but sufficient, offering enough variety for a proper and delicious meal. Location: Conveniently situated far enough from the station to avoid the sketchy vibes of Termini, yet close enough for a simple and accessible airport connection without needing a cab.

Room: The room was quiet overall, providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, noise from people passing through the gateway was noticeable and could be disruptive if guests were louder than usual. The room lacked a bit of refinement, with minor issues such as a broken toilet paper holder and other small maintenance concerns.

Fantastic location, very close to Vila Borghese, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Termini station etc. The room was clean and comfy. The staff provided excellent assistance with any questions or inquiries throughout our stay.

I loved how clean the room was, it actually exceeded my expectations! Moreover, they were changing the bed sheets and towels every single day. The little mini bar was a nice touch with good prices. The area was beautiful and safe and it was surrounded by lovely restaurants. If you don't mind walking 30-40 mins then you can reach all important places of the city. I really thought that it was great!

Rooms could have been slightly larger but it's expected given that the building is old. Just don't bring huge luggage with yourself. With good organisation it can be achieved. The elevator also did not work in our last few days, but it was not such a huge bother for us as we only had to go 2 floors up.

Comfotable, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast room a little 'compact'. Just the one small lift so sometimes you had to wait a little as the hotel was on 2nd floor and shared facilities with other residents. 20 minute walk from the main station so recommend getting a taxi if you have luggage. Hotel convenient for all the key tourist attractions and antiquities. Would definately consider staying again if travelling to Rome.

Prebooking and staggering the breakfast times as dining room to small to accomodate all guests. More coathangers in the bedroom, but that's a common failing in most hotels. Also no sink plug, again something common with hotels in some countries, so advise travellers to add a universal plug to their travel bag.

The hotel is in a great location to visit all the areas of interest, the metro was so easy to use. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe bars around the hotel. The room was quite spacious, spotlessly clean and very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to return.

I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. What stood out the most to us was the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The addition of the mini bar and air conditioning in the room was a nice touch. Location was also very convenient, with the hotel being on the same street as some lovely restaurants. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman upon our arrival who allowed us to check in early.

The breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional.

Everything was excellent. The manager, Alessandro was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My credit card was not working but he was very patient and helped me solve the problem. Also he made great suggestions for restaurants, suggested places to go, advised us on travel. We wanted to spend our last day on the beach, Alessandro suggested Santa Marinella, showed us how to get there and it was the best day ever. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in a hotel, great location and lovely area.

WiFi connection was a little inconsistent in my room although my friend's room was okay.

The staff was amazing, especially Alessio, who helped us at every time of day and gave us suggestions on places to visit in the city. The room was very clean with air conditioning, and the breakfast was very nice, it had drinks and pastries.

The placement of the shower was a little weird because it was placed in the middle of the room and made out of opaque glass, so not everyone will be comfortable with it. However, we got used to it very fast, and it didn't really bother us.
