Now I must say this place was great for the price and the location is great. The room was good and it is right next to a famous gelato place which was nice.

Now I had one problem with my stay and it was the doors of the rooms . They are hard to open. The hotel uses this electronic device on the door handle which really is clumsy. Next this might be a Rome thing , after you use a key and turn the lock the door doesn’t open unless you know the trick that you must lean the lock out as well to make it open. I think in the 21 century this is unacceptable and we needed help to get in room and so did everyone else.

Perfect location - little bit away from termini thus quiet, but literally next to the best gelateria in town. Room we stayed (3 people) was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone, who are not planning to stay in hotels during their visits, but wants clean and nice place to come back after a day in town

Friendly staff, close to termini, good feeling Staying there, nice building, walking distance to the Centro storico, Termini, Colloseo, all within 30 mins- nice breakfast place mammarella buffet bistro!

Our toilet seat was loose which was annoying, we found an old flower behind the desk and a plane ticket that showed cleaning was not 100% but it was clean enough to feel well staying there.

Coffee machine doesn’t exist, it must be add.. if you can’t add it in all rooms at least put one in the corridor, I gotta walk to the first bar to have coffee! Bed wasn’t comfortable, pillows neither

Very modern technology driving this hotel room, but it all works well. Location was a little difficult to get to from Termini station.. involves a bit of a walk even from a Metro. Room was comfortable. Wifi, when working was excellent. Staff very friendly, but communication in English was understandably tough.

The staff is very helpful. They allowed us to do early check in and kept our luggage after checkout. Check-in and out process very easy. Size of the room was enough for three people. The location is convenient, 10-minute walk to Termini station.

The facilities are very basic. Maybe shouldn't be considered a 3-star hotel. Overpriced (as it is the case with accommodation in general in Rome).

From the beginning of entering the building till the room everything was amazing. You could keep your luggage from 10AM. Its pretty close to the station.

Most attractions are quite far but there is bicycle/scooter near by. It takes around 25 min walking.

The location is really nice. A lot of places to eat nearby. Air conditioner is a lifesaver during summer.

All the doors, including the apartments and main doors, are very loud. If you arrive late you are going to make a lot of noise for sure.

The location close to the station and to the city centre, the air conditioning, the comfortable bed, the ensuite bedroom, the large window, the light design.

The shower was not working properly, no bidet, the sink is not working properly
