We stayed here for a wonderful 3 days - clean nicely smelling rooms, well equipped, fridge well cools the water you also have in the room, in the lobby you have a coffee maker. Our room was extremely quiet, we had a perfect rest every day sleeping as well as in our own home. Breakfast is Italian style, everything delicious and the coffee they serve you to your table on request from the nice ladies is excellent. The staff from the reception will take care of you even before you arrive - making sure everything is ok. Greetings to Antonio&Mahran. The location Deseo Home is brilliant - close to termini station also close to the subway, there are 2 bus stops and one directly under the hotel itself, in the hotel area there are small local markets where you can buy what you need and also several restaurants. You will feel extremely safe here because there are 3 diplomatic missions in this area and they are super guarded. We will come back here every time we are in Rome again and I promised that when I check out.

Brilliant area, close to the station. Nice safe neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick breakfast before a day of exploring was very nice. Would definitely return if ever in Rome again!

The air conditioning so good and made stay so much more comfortable. The room was cleaned so well. Breakfast so beautiful I took photos, especially liked the fruit and orange juice squeezed that moment for you. Pharmacy and supermarket on the corner so handy en route to metro stop. Termini near by too, as is a bus to the river and Vatican. The staff all so kind. Will be recommending and staying again. Lovely guests too. So good to offer private transport with very kind drivers. Fridge in room so good as soundless, great to come back to find stocked with free chilled water.

Nice small B&B close to Termini station, be aware of that. However, the hotel itself is in a quiet and safe street, close to few bus stops around and metro too, so no problem to get to all historical sights. The room was spatious, clean and comfortable, has all one needs and with complimentary beverages in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. I'd like to praise the staff for their friendliness, they are all very kind, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was very very good, with various options, very good coffee and even fresh orange juice.

Bathroom in our room was not the best (room 203), with mold in the ceiling, that would need cleaning.

The location is convenient, walking distance from Termini station. It's actually right next to Porta Pia, a city gate designed by Michelangelo. It's also close to the Piazza de la Republica, and if you don't mind walking, you can even get to the Vatican city in an hour, passing amazing sites such as the Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon. Breakfast was really good, tasty and fresh. They serve super fresh tuna sandwiches, and the staff are so friendly. I mean, they smile all the time and really make you feel appreciated. The lady in the kitchen came to my table just to tell me that they have those tuna sandwiches ready for me, and she was really friendly. Amazing people. It was very quiet too. My single room was nice and comfy, and the sheets smelled real nice and were super clean. I mean, all in all, you will not regret staying here. P.S. the photos show the Porta Pia from both sides and a view from a cafe that is like a couple of hundred meters away.

Good location with clean room. Very comfortable bed Place was almost silent, so had a great few nights sleep here. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception who gave us a map of Rome and highlighted good routes for tourist attractions. Also gave very useful information about public transport.

Rooms could do with slight upgrading if I was being picky, a lot of marks on the walls/skirting boards. The bidet in the bathroom leaked the whole 3 days we were here. There was no door on the shower room, which isn’t ideal if you like privacy. Breakfast was small, if you like a large breakfast this is not the place. Reception only opens at 07:30am so it seemed to be a problem when we asked to check out early to catch our flight. You also pay the tourist tax when you checkout, they accept card payments.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Since our flight was delayed and we couldn’t make it to the hotel in time for check-in, it was great that my sister—who had arrived in Rome a few days earlier—was allowed to check in on our behalf. The room: It was exceptionally clean. Honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as we walked in, it smelled fresh and inviting. The design was modern and stylish, and the size of the room was perfect for two people. The suites are conveniently located, with plenty of bus stops nearby and a metro station within easy reach—making it simple to get around the city. Breakfast and staff: Everything was great here! The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied overall.

The location: one minor downside was that, as two young women, we didn’t feel entirely safe walking around the area late at night. There are quite a few narrow alleys you have to pass through if you’re on foot. That said, taking the bus is a good alternative—it stops right in front of the hotel.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff in a great location. Everything is kept very clean and the breakfast is very good with lots of choice including gluten free options if you need them. Good options available for dinner in the area too (wonderful family run Italian restaurant just around the corner as well as an amazing Gelateria). All tourist sites are walkable but the Metro is also easy to use if you need it. Would 100% stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Deseo Home. I traveled with my sister and we had enough space in the room. The bathroom was clean and there was even a bidet. I do have to say that the bathroom has no door so that might be a problem if you need privacy. We had roomservice clean our room which was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was very lovely and kind! We were also able to leave our bags at the desk because we had a late flight back home. The location was also perfect, with a busstop right in front of the hotel which carries you to all de destinations within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this to other people.

Only thing I can say is that the bathroom has no door.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at Deseo Home in Rome. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was consistently thorough and professional. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the breakfast – it was truly excellent. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome, the breakfast at Deseo Home offered one of the best spreads, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The hotel is also very well connected in terms of public transport. A bus stop is located right outside the property, which was especially convenient for visiting major attractions like the Vatican. Additionally, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me on my departure day, allowing me to relax in the lounge while I waited to head to the airport.
