The room was clean and big enough for an overnight stay. There is all the facilities needed and the bathroom was very clean. I love the music in the shower. It was a great place, good location, easy to reach. The host was super, easy communication and very friendly.

There was nothing that I could say that was not good. So I have no feedback to give related to anything negative, it was all just a positive experience.

The water pressure was a little weak and there was an irritating squeaking noise being made in the bathroom every now and then throughout the night. Think it might be a relief valve on the geyser.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great communication . Easy check-in process and we were allowed to check in early which was really helpful. The location was great, very easy to walk or take public transport anywhere we wanted to go.

It was a bit small in some parts of the room, but that is understandable for the location.

Good size room. Close to Termini train station. Lots of restaurants around - including a great place for breakfast downstairs. Loved the free coffee machine! Very helpful and kind host.

Very accommodating, good communication. We were able to check in early. On arrival Angela was an excellent host and explained everything well. The property was clean, convenient and facilities were acceptable.

The shower was good and functional however a bit on the small side. Also a little more light in the bathroom would have helped.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and was in a good location as it was a 10 minute walk from termini station. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation.

Everything was OK, really good location and everything was great.

We chose New Rome House because of its vicinity to the Swedish embassy and Termini Station, and it ended up being a very comfortable place to move around Rome (if you don't mind walking of course). The room was comfortable, easy check-in and check-out. Antonello was super helpful and nice.

The place was clean, bed was comfy, the shower was spacious. What we loved the most - the comunication, amaizing help with anything. The place is situated a little outside the center, but the bus stop is a minute away, the subway is a few minutes away, main station is just a stones trow away. Amaizing places to eat around. Would really stay here on another trip.

Needs a better hairdryer for my thick long hair :D

Easy accessible, staffs are responsive

Water kettle and coffee machine are not clean. Rooms are very small. Bunk bed no safety for kids sleeping above. Cafee pads are not adequate
