We are regular travellers to Rome but this was our first time at Capitolium Rooms. Where to start - our room was beautiful, spacious and most importantly quiet! It also contained all of the amenities you’d expect from a 4* hotel eg in-room kettle, coffee machine, iron, toiletries etc. But there’s also a communal kitchen in the properly where you can find extra coffee machine pods, sugar, frozen croissants to bake in the oven and more. Oh and the housekeeper was a lovely lady too! Honestly, we couldn’t believe how much the properly provided when compared with the price paid - definitely great value for money and we’re already planning to return.

The only *very minor* grumble we had was having to call a phone number to gain access to the property every time we wanted to enter it. But, when considering how fabulous everything else is, this wasn’t a deal-breaker for us at all!

The place was near Roma termini which is a very good factor. We communicated through Whatsapp and staff were really accommodating and helpful! They even recommended some restaurants that offer traditional Italian cuisine. We came in late, after 8pm, but we felt really taken cared of because they’d checked on us and made sure we settled in properly. They have coffee and a water dispenser in the common area and a kettle and a coffee machine inside the room. I just wanted to say thank you because we had a very comfortable stay! 😊

Water is leaking on the floor when you take a shower.

The property was clean, it’s close to the termini station and the staff is very helpful.We love the smell of the hand soap,shampoo, conditioner.

The only thing that we don’t like is the front door, We don’t have keys,we need to ring the number in order to open the door but then we don’t have a sim card to ring that number but the good thing is the staff was very helpful just sent a message and helped us get in to the front door.

I had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants and markets. The neighborhood felt very safe, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were especially helpful and friendly—they went out of their way to assist with taxi information and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Located in the centre of Rome nearby Termini station (10 minutes of walk). Very nice, clean and comfortable apartements. Fantastic self check-in service with detailed manual how to get in. In the room, we had coffee, tea and small snack for free. In the kitchen you can also take filtered water for free to carafe prepared in the room. It was also equiped with hairdryer, iron and ironing table, coffemaker and kettle. Comfortable bed with many different pillows, TV with Netflix. It exceeded my expectations. If you want comfy room in the centre, choose this one.

Apartments are in a grwat position, close to Termini station, but far from the busy streets. There are few restaurants and shops near, and also it is just about 20 min to greatest Rome tourist places. The room was small, but cosy and for us it was really enough. The self check in was really easy, everything worked. They provided a welcome basket with some sweets for free, coffe maschine and a kattle isnin the room. You can also use common area and make yourself more coffee, chocolate or freshly baked croissant! All over it is very nice plase, matches with photos, everything was clen and very relaxing. Communication befote our arrival was excellent. Would stay here again with no doubt!

We had to wait for a while to get hot water and I would use some shelf in the bathroom but this did not ruin our stay

We initially were little disappointed because the AC in the triple room was not sufficient for the whole room. And since I was travelling with my senior parents we had to have AC in this summer. The staff, especially Arta went out of the way to offer an alternative room free of charge for the comfort of my parents. The next day even the host himself checked on us and made sure that our problem is addressed. They also helped us hold our luggage in a safe place while we were out of town for a week. We were so happy with the place that we decided to stay for another extra day at their place.

The location is a bit far from the center, so you may have to take a taxi/bus.

Hotel staff were nice, they made WhatsApp group for me and were always fast to answer any question and to help (you dont even need to meet anyone as everything is done online). The room was very good, clean and had everything you might need on a 5 day stay (all bathroom amenities, hair dryer, iron, welcome basket with snacks and esspreso coffee, smart TV with Netflix, good WiFi, nice view and window that opens on a quiet street). Location is well conected (Termini station for the airport, Metro for Colloseum, Buses for city center and Vatican), gelateria Comme il Latte for your Gelato fix every night - dont miss it 😬

We had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed as was requested and they were not that comfortable, shower leaked a little and that can be easely fixed. If the stay was less expensive i wouldnt even mention this as is not that big deal but for the price this shouldt happen.

Perfect place to stay. Good location and very close to the main line station. Felt very secure and everything done via WhatsApp - entry code and check in etc. Lovely big room with very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely little kitchen area with tea, coffee and snacks.

Nothing it was great

The location is great. Arta and Rolando were so helpful and considerate in accommodating our complicated needs. This is a really a fantastic place to stay in Rome. The room is tastefully furnished, a decent size,comfortable. We felt very snug and secure. I highly recommend this accommodation
