The room was really clean and there was everything we needed. It was cleaned everyday so after a long day we could comfortably rest in a clean room. Everything that was included in the description was there, including towels, teacups, shower gel, tea and kettle. The room was well heated so it was really warm (our trip took place in February) but there was an air conditioner above the door so I believe this is the great advantage in summer. The contact with the staff was great and everything was explained well. The room including an Italian breakfast but there was a possibility to order an American one. The hotel is within a short distance from the center and close to the station Termini. The location and the hotel made our trip truly memorable and enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it.

The host was the best! We didnt like the included breakfast so she gave us back the money that was for the breakfast Also it was my wifes birthday while there, and they gave us a bottle of champaigne on the house because she noticed the date, which we found most plasurable! All the best for her and her efforts! Sheets and towels were changed eveary day and room was vacumed eveary day , which we found very great! We had a wonderful stay at this property! From the very beginning, Andrea and Elena were incredibly warm and welcoming, always staying in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. we really felt like guests, not just visitors . Also there was theirs own restaurant nearby called Barbablu with delicious dishes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal and heartfelt stay! Thank you!

Accommodation is located on upper floor, the building has old and stylish elevator. The room itself was rather spacious for standards of Rome, had street views, tea making facilities and basic toiletries. Well located close to Termini station and within reasonable walking distance (30 min) from main attractions. Sufficient if you spend most of the day outside anyway. They offer Italian breakfast at restaurant some 150 m from the hotel: we didn't get the breakfast first morning as place was not open at 8.30 sharp but we were in a hurry to Vatican museums.

Great location near the train station (10 minutes). Very quiet area, near all the embassies. Felt safe. Some nice local restaurants. Flexible hotel that allowed me to pay for an extra day easily. Wasn't able to utilise free Italian breakfast due to timing to breakfast and my bookings and often came back to my room with a croissant, sachets coffee and orange juice for me to have. Was a nice gesture.

No reception consistently on-site; however, available by whatsapp and are very helpful. No real issues with this for me.

Room was small but suited our needs. In room refrigerator a plus. Charming elevator. The complimentary breakfast, not on site, was very good. They left us a bottle of bubbly wine our last night which was nice.

AC was not working well and it was a noisy night below.

The location is perfect to explore Rome (both by public transport and by foot), and to go out for food at any time of the day. It's also surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. Staff were very kind to us and got us a bigger room because the original one couldn't fit us comfortably, as well as letting us check in earlier when the room was ready. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect little gem!! Excellent location, close walk to Termini station, lots of bus lines in the area so very easy to get around. The rooms were cozy, comfortable beds, very high ceilings so it made the room feel much larger The host was an angel! Sweetest person ever! Definitely will be our go to hotel when we return to Rome.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very good location, very quiet and clean. The communication with the hotel was very good . We walked a lot looking around Rome and at the end of the day you want a place where you can rest. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet. Near by there are shops and restaurants, which it is convenient. There are also bus stops no more than 10min walk same as the tube station.

The property has good location. It’s near the Rome central termini and there are a lot of establishments nearby (convenience store, shops and restaurants) The owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly to us. He also owns a restaurant which serves authentic and delicious Italian dishes. We ate at this resto twice at discounted price. Great value for money.Highly recommended.

The doorknob in the bathroom is dysfunctional.
