The location was perfect, close to the city center (accessible by foot) and very close to one of the two metro lines. Furthermore, walking distance from the main train station (Roma Termini). The place was clean and without problems regarding water pressure. The self check-in was convenient.
How clear it was regarding the breakfast situation.

Safe and clean
Had hard time communicating with the customer service. No one is able to open the main front door for us to get into our room. Luckily, there was someone who is leaving the building and opens the main door. It took us about 30 mins in front of the main door before we were able to enter the facility. Very inconvenient. Also, shower knob is very difficult to use in mixing hot and cold water.

It was nice. Good price to conditions. There was clean, we had towels. Side beds were poor. Main bed was very good. Localisation was good, close to many places, less then 10 kin to metro station and airport transfers.

Rooms were big and clean and there is a shared kitchen which we can use if we want to prepare food owner was very nice and responds very quickly. Will sure come back

well maintained clean flat in a perfect location. Ristorante, Grocery, Taxi stand, Train and bus Terminal to Airport everything is nearby.
