The room was clean, the building and staircase were well-maintained, and the area felt safe and renovated. It was also pleasantly quiet, even with the windows open. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was a nice surprise and made the stay more comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked, and there was a smart TV, though it wasn’t really usable due to slow response time. The building had an elevator, although it was very narrow – it fits only one person with one suitcase at a time.

The room was very small – most of the space was taken up by the bed, and there wasn’t enough storage. Although there was a wardrobe, we really missed having drawers or shelves for clothes. As a result, our suitcases had to stay on the floor, taking up the narrow walking space around the bed. It felt like sleeping in a tent, having to climb over the bed to move around. Also, the bathroom had a jacuzzi-style tub that no longer worked – it had been converted into a basic standing shower setup, which felt a bit awkward.

It was great! The instructions to access the room were simple, just read and follow them, that’s it. The location was also excellent, just 2-3 km from many of Rome’s most famous landmarks like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. We visited all of them on foot, no transport needed if you enjoy walking (and it helps balance out all the amazing food we had! 😂😂😂). The host was responsive, and we really appreciated her agreeing to store our luggage on the last day. The gentleman there was also respectful and very helpful. Thank you! Great location and everything I needed especially as a solo traveler.

A little more common space would have been nice.

The app is very close to all the important things you want to visit, so you can walk around everything. It is located in a very quiet and safe street. Our room was cleaned and made up every day. A man named Radji cleaned the room every day and was at your service. On this occasion, I greet him 🙂. In the corridor outside the apartment there was a coffee expresso machine where you could make coffee for free every morning or whenever you want. Nearby you have a good and cheap restaurant "La Familgia" where we had lunch every time after long tours of the city. The metro is very close

Had a great location for either walking or bussing around the city, and is right next to Termini station. It was always very clean and stocked up on any toiletries you may need and even some small treats. The bed was great and the pillows were probably the best I’ve ever slept on

The floor was a little more worn than what it looked in the photo but very minimal and didn’t affect anything for us

The place is absolutely worth visiting if you need a clean comfortable and cozy place close to everything while in Rome. Additionally, the recommendation list of places to eat was a PLUS that I absolutely loved, thanks!

Things can always be better! But this place was amazing for my visit, you can always go for something more comfortable or more spacious but for my purpose it was perfect.

The location is near down to the most attractions, not to mention the metro, bus stops, and Termini Station. Even the historic Diocletian Baths and the Roman Museum are just walking distance. Even if you didn't see the staff, save the cleaning guy, the communication was through Whatsap, and they were very helpful and even surprised us for the Holidays with nice treats like a bottle of wine and a panetonne.

I can't complain about our staying there. The price was reasonable with the amenities.

Great value for money! Super location, not far away from Termini. Room was nice and clean. We stayed there for three days, our rooms was cleaned everyday! I was at first suspicious about the online checkin, but it is not hotel and there is self checkin, so you need to fill in form with personal information.

Our room was big, clean and comfortable. We felt safe during our stay and we were able to walk to all the big attractions/locations. We got the metro to the Vatican which was easy and close by. We were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out which was super helpful on a city break. We slept well during as the street/ block was quiet and the room is very dark. We also got alot of toiletries and snacks on arrival which were greatly appreciated.

The padlock on the luggage store didnt work but the store is behind the apartment main door so didnt feel too unsafe.

Great stay! The accommodation was always clean, we had everything we needed. We were given bottles of water, croissants and sweets. The location is the best part, everything is close by. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely come back again!
