The room was very large and the staff were very friendly. Although the bathroom was a little tired it was very clean and tidy. We were able to drop our bags off early and collect our key whilst they finished cleaning. Perfect location for wanting to be near the train station, less than a 10 minute walk with a suitcase. A short 20 minute walk into the centre of Rome.

Breakfast was basic, however, a selection to choose from. The addition of a fresh coffee was a lovely touch.

Close to everything. Vivian was very accomodating and helpful. We forgot our keys one day but they promptly came to open the room for us.

Would be better if there are thicker pillows so guests will have a more comfortable rest after a long days walking. Shower clogs.

The location was awesome, just near Roma Termini. It was super easy to get to from Fiumicino airport on the train. We also loved the landlady, she was awesome to deal with, and the place was very typical Rome

The hotel is located in a good part of Termini station. The staff were friendly and, when I couldn't get my breakfast on time, they brought it to my room.

The floor of my room was not cleaned often

I was looking for something in the budget, last minute and i was happy. easy to reach from Roma termini..Was so hot outside (end of july)but wewas.able to go back to the b&b to refresh before next tour. The lady there was great! No problem a t all!! and around there are a lots of Italian good and not expensive restaurants like the one in the center of Roma

Location was great. Site had only 3 rooms, which was perfect; we had the place all to ourselves. Host was friendly and very helpful.

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. It was kind of hot in the room, the air conditioner was programmed at a certain temperature and I was unable to adjust it. TV wasn't working properly.

The room was good. Everything was in it. It is situated in the centre of Rome near railway station, so close to all sightseeing! And the owners of it are really nice people.
