I came from Texas to stay in Rome for my friend’s birthday. My friends were staying 3 minutes away. As a single woman traveling across the country , I felt safe coming to rest my head here! The room was just enough space for me and another guest if I wanted. (Shuttle service, Nice Bed,Kitchenette, nice shower, sofa t that can unfold into a bed) I was able to log into my Netflix or use my HDMI port if I didn’t want to watch RomeTv. Mila was such a gracious host. Words cannot express how attending and welcoming she was to me. The room was beautifully decorated with a wonderful cleaning team and nice breakfast delivered every morning.

I had an amazing stay at CityLife Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The location is unbeatable, just a 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini, which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. Plus, many of Rome’s major sights are all within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless with all the necessary useful amenities. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Mila. She is very friendly, warm and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Mila also provided excellent recommendations and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Thank you CityLife RomeCity, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location: The B&B is conveniently located close to Termini Station and within walking distance of the city center (about 20 minutes on foot). Easy check-in process: All necessary information was sent via WhatsApp, including door codes, allowing for a smooth and independent check-in. Comfortable room: Although compact, the room had everything I needed as a solo traveler. Delicious breakfast: Breakfast is served in the room, and you can choose in advance what you’d like to eat. It felt very personal and was a great way to start the day. Friendly and responsive hosts: Communication was quick and helpful.

Room size: The room was on the smaller side, and the single bed may feel limited if you're used to more space. Noise: When the window was open, there was occasional street noise, though this didn’t personally bother me.

Excellent communication from the moment I booked. Apartment building and room beautiful. Owners went above and beyond to help and organised a breakfast at the cafe on the corner as I had to be out super early for the Vatican (cafe has excellent coffee and pistachio croissants, Fillipo the cafe owner is lovely). The breakfast at the apartment is INCREDIBLE. Bed super comfortable, fresh towels and bed made daily. Really close to Termini train station and all major attractions within 30 minute walk (except Vatican - that’s one hour but a nice walk and worth it). Would 1000% stay again ❤️

Very nice and friendly staff who really wanted to help us. On the last day, we had to check out earlier than breakfast but got a voucher at the local bar instead. Cappuccino and croissant Italian style :) Room large and nicely decorated. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Rome. Very close to the Terminus train terminal.

It was quite cold and damp in the room when we arrived. Tried to increase the heat, but no change. Talked to the staff, and heat was back the next day. The dampness though, took another day to (mostly) disappear.

We had the small apartment with bed on the loft, which was very comfortable. Nice kitchen with stove top, toaster, microwave, small refrigerator, etc. Mila was a fabulous host and took great care of us, even bringing breakfast in the morning! Location is convenient to the train station, and the neighborhood is very safe and lovely walking from into town. Plenty of great restaurants close by, and there was a street market set up every day right out front of the main entry door. We loved our stay at CityLife Rome!! ❤️

Great location. We could walk everywhere! Breakfast delivered to our rooms- great selections and so delicious!

From the moment we booked the hotel, through check in and the whole stay we experienced an excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff provided us with useful information about how to get in from the airport and later where are the best restaurants and bars. All recommendations were excellent. Each day on a desired hour we got delicious breakfast to our room. After a long day in the city we came back to clean and comfy accommodation. The room was ample for a city break. Good location to all landmarks and close to the train station. Definitely recommend this place for a stay!

The location based on our needs were met. Made special accommodations for breakfast, as we were not able to meet their time based on our morning commitments.

The daily street market did not allow for a front door delivery to hotel. I had several suitcases to maneuver onto the sidewalk from the cab, then down a narrow sidewalk to the hotel. Not the properties fault but a consideration for future guests. Twin beds were short, perhaps a youth length. I am 5’6”. Owner mis-guided us on subway transportation to Vatican City, indicating a 12 minute subway ride. Advised us to leave for Pope Audience at 8:15 am with no consideration for going through security checkpoint to get into the auditorium. We took upon ourselves to leave at 7:45 am and walked into auditorium after the start. My advise is to be in line by 8 am, that is during the winter in the auditorium. Outside Pope Audience moves quicker.

Amazing location if you are planning to be out and about (we used Rome as HQ for several trips). The room is unconventional but generally comfortable. It is squeaky clean with a modern bathroom, great bed and pillows and a kitchenette stocked with breakfast items and an excellent coffee machine. Attention by Mila, who brought out breakfast everyday, was top notch!

The lack of a couch in front of the telly to slump on after a long day of sightseeing!
