We booked the room with a balcony and the room is huge with a huge bathroom. Clean. Very comfortable with sitting area. Even though it was located on a very busy street, when you close the balcony door - you hear nothing! Close to termini station and about 20 minutes walk to the tourist spots like the Trevi fountain etc. Toiletries are provided. And they change the towels every day. They have a dryer for the towel which is very nice. The host Flora is very friendly and replies quickly to any questions. There’s a kiosk just next to the apartment and a laundry area too. A breakfast place called Danesi Caffè is right around the corner where you have breakfast. This place is highly recommendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. The room was absolutely perfect – spotlessly clean, a great temperature, and really spacious with everything you could need, including a fridge, secure safe, plenty of fluffy towels, and the comfiest bed and pillows. It was cleaned to a high standard each morning, which made it feel extra welcoming. The espresso machine and generous selection of herbal teas were a lovely touch, and the communal area is a great bonus – comfy sofas, a microwave, tourist maps and recommendations, and even luggage storage after check-out. There’s also a lift, which made getting to the room easy, and the location is ideal for exploring Rome. Flora is a wonderful host – so friendly and kind – and little details like the sweets at the front desk made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Rome. Highly recommend!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Here is everything I appreciate: convenient location(no more than 8 minutes to Termini station), comfortable accommodation and excellent communication with the owner! The owners provided all the important information and practical advice that was useful to us (for example, where to have a delicious and inexpensive breakfast nearby). We are also very grateful for the opportunity to leave our suitcases for a while after checking out! There is daily cleaning, water bottles, tea and a coffee maker. The beds and shower are comfortable. In the morning you will hear street noise, but we got up early and so it did not bother us. For those who want to sleep longer, there are earplug. We liked everything, thanks to the owners!

It was an ideal place for my stay in Rome. The apartament is within an easy reach of bus stops (the nearest one approx 30) meters and metro (500 meters). It is very clean and tidied ever day. In the room there is a kettle and an espresso maker with coffee capsules which are given every day when previous already used. There are also a variety of tea bags you can use. Towels can be replaced for a clean ones while used. In the room there is air conditioning which will be a great advantage when you stay in summer. The wi-fi worked very well.In the common room there is a microwave and an iron.The host is very hospitable and welcoming. Our room was ready before the time of check-in, which was a nice surprise. After checking out we could leave our luggage in the common room and enjoy the rest of the day sightseeing. I felt really safe in the apartament and in the surroundings. Sometimes there are noises from the street at night, and you can hear the traffic during the day but I think you have to be aware of it as you are in the city centre. I really recommend Sofia's Suites!

The room was cozy and spotless. It is a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and approximately 40 to 50 minutes to other attractions. The room felt secure and was kept very clean. Our host was helpful and accommodating, ensuring our room was cleaned daily. We were also able to store our luggage in the lobby on our last day as the flight was late afternoon. The area of Rome is safe and filled with numerous restaurants, shops, and souvenir stores. There are several layers of secure, locked doors, making us feel very safe.

The only potential downside was that the outdoor air-conditioning unit was positioned right in front of the terrace doors, causing warm air to blow into the room and creating some noise. However, this didn't bother us at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Close to termini Station. Beautiful old building which we loved. Staff there to greet us and explain everything. Lots of little extras like a fridge with cold water, a safe and even netflix. The room was lovely and clean and the addition of a coffee machine for my morning espresso was a bonus. The street the hotel was on is fantastic and has some lovely restaurants. We ate in 2 that came recommended and we could not fault them and much cheaper than in the centre of Rome. We will definitely be returning to Sophias Suites. Thank you. 😊

Secure apt situated in Central Rome. Our brilliant, Triple Room Apt (incl lounge area) was spotlessly cleaned daily and had all the necessary facilities all wonderfully hosted by Flora & her staff. Termini station is within a short walking distance making all the major attractions only mins away and we used the metro for all journeys around the city during our 5 day stay and encountered no problems at all. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Sofia's Suites and we will use again if we are fortunate to revisit Rome!

A fantastic place to stay whilst in Rome. The host couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, a great size bedroom and bathroom. There was an area to store and hang clothes. Room service was available daily and fresh water was placed in the fridge every day, which was a lovely touch. The air con unfortunately broke the day before we arrived but we had a replacement unit ready for our check in, which was very thoughtful. For the price, Sofia's Suites exceeded my expectations and was a fabulous stay. The location is not in the city centre, but very close to the termini station, a short walk from the tevi fountain too. Would definitely recommend it for anyone coming to Rome and especially to those who want a quieter stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and don't mind walking a little either.

Flora and the staff were amazing they made us feel at home, and we enjoyed our stay on our 10th-year anniversary! It is very close to a lot of stuff and the bus stop is about 1 one-minute walk,the room was very comfortable and clean and the view was amazing. They clean the room every single day and change all amenities as needed, overall a wonderful experience and we will like to come back and stay here again in the Future ! Gracias Flora and staff ♡
