I like the location and the style of the room. Front staff was helpful.

The bathroom work but not really comfort. The water was splashed out of the shower curtain and made the restroom floor wet and slippery. The noice of exhaust fan and toilet water drain was too loud . It quite annoyed me when using it during night time.

Definitely get room 7!! Newly renovated and lovely. Great location to Termini Station if you want to take day trips on the train. They actually have someone (Fabio if you’re lucky) onsite from 9:30 to 1:30 so be SURE to arrive then. If you arrive later, be sure you have internet service to get instructions. They are solid instructions and Daniele is just a call away if you need him. The service is great especially for an Airbnb in Italy. Loved our stay!

Some rooms are small, reserve room #7. Not a fan of rain showers. Some little issues but it’s Rome and it’s not the Ritz so set your expectation. Ask to see the photos of your room specifically so you know what to expect.

İt was close to termini so transportation was easy. There's a snack bar just 2 mins ahead the building. It's cheap and fresh. The room was cleaning daily. Also there's a restaurant really close (2 streets) named LA Famiglia. I recommend it. There's microwave and coffe machine. Great.

Our room only had conditioner and it didn't really warmed the place. And it's really hard to find the room because There's no one in reception and you have to find everything by yourself. And the plugs were different and not enough

The rooms were refurbished to a pleasant, modern standard, and had every comfort including in-unit air conditioning. I was very pleased with the location, which is just a 5 minute walk from Termini station and close to Piazza della Repubblica and many other destinations that are easily reachable on a short walk. The breakfast was served at a separate small cafe just down the street, which was charming and clearly a spot where the locals go. I appreciated how responsive the staff was and how quickly they answered our questions. We were also able to check out a bit late on our last day, which I really appreciated.

The suites are located in an older building, and there was a gate to get in and out. At first I wasn’t sure how to open it, but there is a button that unlocks it. The staff were very helpful in explaining this!

The room is very clean with completed facilities. When we come back to hotel, the room is already cleaned and the towel has been replaced with the new one. The service is also excellent. The staff very responsive when I asked via chat. This place is recommended 👍

Receptionist is only available from 9 AM - 2 PM. So that I never met receptionist and I have to check in online.

Location is walking distance from Termini station, good restaurants just in front, mini-mart. The service was great! very disponible for any inquiry. Room is bigger than Rome standard one and very clean! Also a bottle of prosecco in the mini bar!

As i go out late, the morning, I heard the others people checking out. But it was fine! Also, if you check in after 2pm, you will have to follow the instructions for the entrance. Was very easy! no problem! No security box maybe will be the only negative point if you plan to stay more than 1 night. It's always better to have one.

Everything was perfect. Only problem was the parking. I suggest everyone who visit this apartments to leave the car (if you arrive with the car) in the blue line parking. The cost for 3 complete days is 24 eur. Garage is 20 to 35 eur per night. The blue lines parking you can find it street before the suite and after 20pm there's a lot of free parking slots. From the suite to Vatican City with Uber will cost around 11 eur. Same to Colosseum. For eating there are a lot of restaurants. I suggest peruvian restaurants Inka. Walking distance 10min from the suite.

Trafic. I suggest to book the room which have windows looking inside.

Good location with proximity to Termini station. Very good room and en-suite.

Surprised that there were no drinking glasses (raking tablets at night - had to make do with a teacup. Very disappointing breakfast at cafe round the corner. Just a croissant and a (good) cup of coffee. English travellers are more used to a cooked breakfast!

Location safe and close to Termini as well as easy walk to most sites and dining . Daniele and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and good value for Roma location and short stay

Could use some minor esthetic upgrades . Twin beds sleeping area was tight , and bed quite small for my teenage son . We managed but I would suggest another option for a teenager as it’s more appropriate for small child.
