The room was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment from the moment I arrived. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the spotless surfaces, showed great attention to cleanliness and care, making the stay feel truly effortless and enjoyable.

In both rooms, the shower holders were faulty and didn’t function properly. They couldn’t support the shower head in a downward position, causing the water to spray uncontrollably over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it made showering frustrating and messy. The current holders clearly aren’t fit for purpose and really should be replaced with a more reliable design that keeps the water contained where it should be.

The room is great and over all staff is helpful and specially name of Receptionist Ms Erika is great. Guys who ever trying to visit in Roma first time,I will highly recommended to choose the hotel DoMus MeA with Ms Erika coz she will help to guide you ,where to go have look or visit famous places of Roma city Italy. No need guide for you guys because of Ms Erika is enough and Mr Cherri and thank you hotel DoMus MeA Team.

The customer service was incredible. Red went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - he was able to accommodate an early check in which we were very grateful for. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The location of the hotel is great especially if you want to be in a little less busy area and close to the train. Thank you Red for a great stay :)

Nothing super major but the shower head was not connected to the wall so it was more handheld

The hotel isn't centrally located but the rooms are nice However they don't have king beds instead they push two beds together There was no soap in the bathroom and you can hear people in other rooms as if they were in yours The housekeeping staff is also quite noisy during cleaning starting very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in On the bright side the internet speed is the fastest I've ever experienced and the guys at the reception are so nice,helpful and decent.

The location was fantastic, the suite was lovely and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We had our room cleaned every day & fresh towels. The bed was very comfortable too although a little squeaky when getting in & out. We’ve never stayed in a more comfortable bed since being away.

At times it could be a little noisy. We had a few early starts where we had to be up quite early (4am) because of the Ryder Cup. Where our suite was, we were quite close to the reception and we could hear a lot. And on the Saturday evening outside our hotel was loud music and people shouting having a good time & we had to be up at 3am the next day so we had a few tired nights, so the rooms were not soundproof as described but we would still stay again. It didn’t dampen our experience.

The room was very good looking, everything was so comfortable. Even the reception and the hall between rooms looked nice. On the day we checked out they even let us keep our baggases at the reception hall so that we can keep strolling around the city. Even the boys working at the reception vere nice. The rooms vere small but that was no problem, we expected it from the photos, but very comfortable anyway! :) Even the location ia near all the points you would want to visit in Rome!

My partner and I had difficulty figuring out how to get in without the key. When we got into the foyer, we were confused because it looked like an apartment. Then we walked up 5 stairs to see the reception. The reception isn’t on the main floor which I didn’t like.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! Receptionist was prettiest and kind person (sorry can't remember his name). Before check in I leaved my luggage at reseption desk without any questions and walked around. Heart of the Rome - Fontan di Trevi - is in 20 min walking, train station - 7 min. Location is nice, everything is near. Room was small (but good enought for 1 person) but super clean!! Towels, bed, bathroom- no one questions for cleaning! Perfect! And about the bed - it was pretty big and super comfy with an orthopedic pillow, that is very important after a long way. Probably there is no soundproof, because I could hear my neighbors, but it's not the problem for this price. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Totally recommended!

Very nice and kind staff, very accomodating and with very good english! The room we had was very good, with nice balcony. The location is also good.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved a bit.
