Alex was very helpful and ready to assist with all our needs. The apartment location is excellent, very close to centre. room very clean with TV, WiFi and AC. Bed very comfortable and all basic services readily available. Nice and simple, quiet and full privacy.
Shampoo, shower gel etc were rationalized to one sachet per person per day. I'm sure more would have been provided if we had asked for more though. WiFi was occasionally slow but enough for emails and some streaming clips. Fridge was available but completely empty, maybe a complimentary small bottle of plain water could have been considered... Apartment a bit tricky to find....maybe a photo of the door and some guidance for visitors would help.

Alexander was very helpful and friendly. The room was fairly clean except for the balcony. Breakfast was nice and Alexander was flexible to adjust it to my dietary restrictions. The location was superb as there is a bus station right next to it and it is 10 minutes walking from the train station. My overall experience went well
The room overlooked the roof of another building that wasn't very clean so I couldn't allow any fresh air into the room as the balcony and the roof next to the room were not clean.

Very happy with the location - there's a bit too much 'near the station' worry about this area in some of the discussion groups, but I felt quite safe, and the restaurants are good and less expensive. Th accommodation itself is just fine. Alexander was a lovely host, offering good friendly conversation.
Nothing really - the bathroom is very small, but I understand this is a common feature, and I'm not in Rome to take a bath.

The owner was very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day; after two days, our towels were changed , and the bed linens were also. Good coffee. The location was good: close to Roma termini and close to the Metro. 10-15 minutes walk to Fontana di Travi. Very close to restaurants.
The breakfast was quite boring: three mornings the same food: no vegetables or fruits; only ham, bread, yoghurt and sweets. The street where the property is located is very noise. In the room was a little bit cold.

Alexander is a fantastic host and was very attentive and allowed us early check in. We don't eat much for breakfast but he checked in with us to see if there was something he could get in which we appreciated. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds and cleaning was done daily. The room has great air-conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is within a short distance from the Central train station, bus station and hop on hop off buses making getting around very easy We were very happy with our stay

I stayed in this cosy and conveniently located (right next to Termini Station) B&B for three nights. The room was simple and clean, the neighborhood quiet enough. Special thanks to Alessandro the host for accommodating my vegan diet for breakfast, for good conversation, and being very helpful in general. I would stay here again. Grazie mille!
No real negatives. Like other reviewers have pointed out, Rome is an expensive place to stay, but this B&B was competitively enough priced.

This is one of the nicest and most economical B&Bs, that I’ve ever stayed in in Rome. First of all there was an elevator, which made life much easier for me. Alex was extremely helpful, doing even more than necessary to make things easy for me. The room is well appointed, large, clean and had everything that I needed. There was an extra blanket for the bed, which I really appreciated when I first arrived, after having slept poorly the night before on the train. I had a very cosy and comfortable nap for a couple of hours. The bathroom also was also large and clean. The breakfast was nothing special, but quite adequate. Alex made cappuccino for me, and then an espresso. There was yogurt, fruit, juice, bread to be toasted, a selection of jams, and also some pastries, which I didn’t eat because I don’t eat eggs. It was also ham, and I believe cheese, available. Alex is very friendly and attentive to all my needs and I would gladly return there the next time I come back to Rome. Also, the B&B is very close to the train station, and right across the street from one of my favourite vegetarian restaurants in her room.
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about B&B Alexander.

The property was clean & modern & is really well run by Alex & his wife, nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice & the coffee was delicious. We stayed as a family of six so took over all three rooms, which were very comfortable,I would definitely recommend a stay here, we will definitely return!

Very convenient for Rome Termini station. Good local restaurant. Alex was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
If you have a room facing onto the street then it can be noisy at night.
