Even if the room is old, that's the kind of thing you should expect when you visit Rome in general, so nothing unexpected for us there. It was pretty big and the sheets, bathroom and rest of the spaces were clean. (we didn't use the cleaning services during the stay, so we're not sure how that makes it's job in the rest of the days) Our room had the windows oriented to the main street but it was quiet, so no problem on that side. It's easily reacheable from Termini station (5-6 minutes by foot) and you can walk in 20-30 minutes to the most of the principal tourist sites. Also, there are many bus stations (+Termini & Repubblica metro) around so you can access those as well (we used them to reach the Vatican city in the morning). In the area, you will find pretty good restaurants as well and a few markets. The breakfast is good, not so many choices but you can deal with them.

The walls are too thin and if your neighbours think that they are alone in the hotel (like the ones we've had) it will be a little struggle to get some sleep. Even if they were really noisy, screaming & shouting in the rooms or in the hallway, nobody stopped them and that was unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It offers great value for the money, with a perfect location just a short walk from Roma Termini station. Being so close to the station made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and exploring major attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay at an affordable price!

Having one-night stay at this hotel, it completely met my expectations.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed some information about public transportation. The location was perfect for us, being located right next to the train station that connects Rome to both airports. The included breakfast was more than enough to jumpstart the day, exceeding my expectations.

Can't think of any negative about this hotel. It was far better than what 3 university students had in mind when trying to book a simple hotel for a short 3 day trip in Rome.

The property was really clean and perfectly located. About a 5 minute walk to the Termini. Breakfast was basic but a good selection to get you started for the day. The staff were excellent - extremely friendly and helpful.

It would have been a bonus if there was a kettle in the room so that you could have a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

The location is excellent, and the staff are really lovely. Room was cleaned every day, supplied with fresh towels, heating was on, which I was worried about because our trip was in January. It was warm, quiet, and clean. Perfect for what we needed. Thumbs up. 👍

It would be nice to have the kettle in the room for some quick-fix coffee in the morning and tea before bed.

The location was perfect for us, near the rail station, great restaurants and easy walking distance to main attractions

The noise from the street and neighbours, had a hard time sleeping due to the constant noise, also the breakfast was very very basic, my husband was always hungry after it.

I had made a reservation at a different hotel, the hotel said they could not welcome us in the pertinent dates, they gave me the option of free cancellation. Booking.com charged me euro 55 for a flight reservation I had never made and they still have not refunded euro 55 to my credit card.

The balcony was a lovely bonus. The hotel was down a quiet side street so not noisy at night. The staff were very friendly at check in. Comfy bed, very clean. Close to train station.

Only a minor point but it was difficult to keep the water inside the bath as there was no shower screen or curtain.

Great service. Everyday they will clean room and provide towels. Very good breakfast. Also just 8 min walk from Roma Termini train station.

There is some ventilation problem in room. It is an old building. So there is some limitations. But overall great stay.

Beds too low and I suspect the bottom bed of a set Pillows We have a saying in the UK about swinging a cat So if the room is small there is not enough room to swing a cat....so as not to upset cat lovers we take a stuffed replica of my former cat who sadly passed on to swing......and this particular room it hit its head regularly. So the photographer for this hotel must have had some lense.....
